This man did so much for both music and television hosting in general. He was really good at whatever he did. It was a shame to see him the way he was after he had that stroke a few years back because he looked so young up until that took its toll on his body.
Man was a legend for the entertainment industry, and it sucks to hear he passed on.

I give him a lot of credit to keep the New Year's tradition alive even in his condition. Most of the other celebrities would of given up and just retired. New Year's will never be the same again.

It's sad to hear that he had passed away, especially what he had done after all those years.

The man never aged. I always thought he'd make it to 101 at least. =(
