So I'm assuming from the thread title that this is just for Comic Con? I mean, if it helps, I can get a booth/panel at the Middle Tennessee Anime Convention (Easter weekend) and/or Geek Media Expo (just ended last weekend :s) pretty easily, but I wouldn't know what to do with it once I got it. And what are the Gessellschafts on the map for? other Comic Cons?

Any con, really. If it's a con and Legends 3 people get a booth for it, it counts.

Tch. I was hoping to add another Gessellschaft to the map, but the Con I was hoping to go to got cancelled. Sorry guys. If another one pops up, I'll make sure to let you know.

I would totally love to run a booth at the Cleveland Colossal Convention, AKA Colossalcon 11. And I'd also totally love to meet Mega Man Legends fans in my area! How much does this cost? Would I have to pay for it myself?

Alright, I hope this isn't too off-topic; please forgive me if this should be posted somewhere else.
There's a con in November that I'm hoping to attend, but it's too late to get a booth (not that I have the money or Legends knowledge to run one anyway). I'm wondering, would it be helpful to the movement if I handed out fliers there or something? I know there will at least be some gamers there, as my friend is entering a video game tournament at the con, so there might be some interest.
(As a side note, I'm also trying to get a basic servbot cosplay thrown together for this con. Maybe that will encourage people to pay attention to the fliers.)

Especially in a Servbot costume! Blues even has a handout that's especially designed for conventions, assuming your con's in a predominantly English-speaking country.

Awesome; thanks for answering, Dashe! It may not be much, but I'm hoping to inform at least a few people. The con is in the U.S., so language shouldn't be a problem. I've started firming up my plans, and it seems I'll definitely be attending the con. Also, ah, sorry to be a pest, but would you please direct me to the handout you mentioned? I found lots of fliers in the propaganda archive, but I want to be sure I have the right one.

FlutterBy, I believe Dashe is referring to this one, as it was the flier type we handed out at NYCC and the one we'll be using at MAGfest. It should serve you nicely at your convention. : )

My sister even offered to help me pass these out, so after printing the fliers and finishing my costume, it looks like I'm all set. Thanks again for the help, guys!

Success! I attended my con yesterday, and handed out a good number of fliers. The staff there also kindly let me put out more fliers in the video gaming room (one of them knew about Legends 3, and commented that the development never should have been cancelled). One of the people I gave a flier to actually had a smart phone, so she liked the 100,000 Strong page right there from the con! It was fun walking around in my Servbot costume, and someone even recognized what it was and complimented me; that was pretty awesome.
Long story short: My day at the con went well, and I'm happy to have raised a little awareness for MML3. Maybe I'll be able to do something similar again sometime! ;D

Glad to hear it, FlutterBy! I'm sure that everyone is happy to hear that your Con went well.
Now, please report to the designated de-conning chamber. Your possessions will be returned to you on the way out.

Thats good news! Do you have any pictures? I wish BumbleScump Arkansas had Cons . In fact the only game convention in AR is TrollCon in Little Rock and I think it's D&D stuff.
