And in my humble opinion, MMLS as a unit should really be pulling more weight than they've been doing. We've been doing this "wanting Legends 3" thing longer than nearly anybody, after all. Proactivity = Productivity.

Even more reason for us to have this sub-board. Having something as small as a weekly agenda would help tremendously. I'd say a lot of people on MMLS would love to be more involved, they're just not sure how.

Hm, while an interesting idea, why make an entirely new board? Would just converting the current MML3 board be too much trouble or confusion for this? I dunno, it just seems like it could easily fit onto the board we already have instead of making a new board and trying to find some place to squish it in (and MMLS has had problems with subforums in the past, hasn't it?).

I think converting this board isn't going to do much good, especially in terms of our morale. Which frankly, outside of us and the newcomers, sucks. There seems to be no initiative coming from the average MMLSer. It almost makes me want to drop MMLS entirely and just do 100k, it's that disheartening. This is not the first time I've mentioned this, either. Maybe the first time I've mentioned it on these boards, but not the first time I've mentioned it.
Besides, what if we get the game back? It'd be nice to have the revival efforts in their own place where we don't have to go rifling through them, and it's a distinctly clear, outright way to say, "no, we're not going to just let our series die." Right now I am not sure what the rest of you fellows think about Legends 3 at all. I'm not sure I want to know where some of you stand, either, especially the more jaded sorts. Me? I want to give it my all, and words genuinely can't express how disappointed I am that, from where I stand, none of the pre-cancellation MMLSers except Blues seem that enthusiastic about thinking up ideas to actually chip in and do something, too.
If anything, having a revival subforum will give the people who do want to see the game come back a place to plan that's a bit more organized than Facebook, and that's much less ambiguous than this regular Legends 3 board. I mean, after all, most of the people involved in the revival are new. They'd probably benefit from the compartmentalization.
Also, apologies if there are any older MMLSers interested in helping. You guys should really be louder. :-\

I wish I could do more but aside from logging in to check the current status of things every few days, I don't have a lot of time anymore. I'm literally being worked to death right now. If in the future I get a little more breathing room I'd still like to keep this movement going.

We definately need to seperate the revival strategies discussion into: 1.Introductions (Formal entrance into arms. What is your skillset?) 2.Strategy Development (Brainstorming ideas) 3.Worldwide Comic Con Blitz (Who is going to what Con. What do you need?) 4.Legends Battlestation (All completed projects go here for feedback) Am I missing anything? We announce this in the next Roll's Wrapup, and people will come. A mention in the Wrapup WOULD be brilliant! I really do hope to see more life in this forum! I see so many nice people it's a shame everyone's so quiet~

Actually, Jake, I don't agree on having subcategories. That is what Blues was talking about. We can't micromanage in this place or the whole operation will totally wash up. We're on my turf now and I know my turf better than you know my turf. Sticky threads would work better for that. Trust my judgment on this one.
I like the idea of a wrap-up if it were its own update instead of sharing the note with other stories. We should work with fewer stories per wrap-up and more wrap-ups overall. It's easier to track on Facebook for future reference.

We have that, though. In fact, we have a whole section on it called "Rules and Introductions." Maybe you've heard of it.

Hey, hey, hey!
Let's all calm down now. No need to get at each others throats. I'm sure there could be some sort of compromise for this.

Don't worry, Frog, we're not at each other's throats. Even if we were, he respects and acknowledges that I run this particular show and have for about five times as long as Legends 3's development. I've seen a LOT of introductions since then and usually if someone has a useful skill, they mention it on their own, or someone asks about it.

Right then. That entire "Argument" thing was my fault, sorry about that. :01:
I seem to have a horrible habit of reading certain lines in a sarcastic tone.

Automatic PMs, huh? I wonder if the boards can set that up. But that's a matter for another thread (preferably one in Questions, Comments, and Complaints). Anyway, 48 hours remain, speak now or forever hold your peace.

Just one question- it may be rather obvious or something, but...where exactly are you going to put this subforum again? I mean 'Legends Discussion' is mainly for the games themselves; the only other place it could fit might be 'Site Discussion', so that's not quite accurate either, and 'General Discussion' is crowded as it is, so... : o

It'd be in the Legends 3 board, since most of the threads already pertaining to it are here anyway.

I’m extremely bad with time, but whether or not it’s too late for input, I support the idea too.
I think it’s great to publicly have Inafune’s support. Hopefully that boosts morale a bit and reminds people to not give up. But I also wanted to touch upon the whole lack of interest for reviving Legends 3 from other members. Not all of us have special talents that can be used for a movement like this. Just because we’re not vocal doesn’t mean we don’t want it as much as anybody else, and I don’t want to speak for others, but perhaps some of us simply have no idea what to do.
