I say we take this fight beyond the existing legends community. So to that end, I've made this flyer that can be put in any appropriate location in order to spread the good news of Legends! The link goes to the 100,000 strong Facebook page, I'll likely change it in the future after I get a support hub made..... Just print it out, tape it up, and BINGO! Insta-support! Just add water!

I'd post it up, but it has a spelling mistake and the information isn't completely accurate.
'Aside' is spelled with one S, not two. And the second game didn't end in a to be continued, it left off with a massive cliffhanger. Big difference. We need to proofread before putting them up all over the place or more people might think we're immature and careless.
On top of that, it may be in all of our best interest to use high-quality fanart instead of Capcom's official art, in case they get mad at us and call us on copyright infringement or anything.

*facepalm* Already made the changes. No clue how in the heck I overlooked that >_> As for the image; Capcom's always been great about the use of their works in the past, though if you'd prefer I can add some fan-art for those on the site. Just need said fan-art.

I'm making a series of flyers and promo stuff, too. We can use a lot of different designs and get their attention that way! If you're posting them around town, though, make sure you get them professionally printed in full-color, and cut off the white border the printer leaves with the papercutter that's usually in most print shops. Going the extra mile will make passerbys look twice. Here's the less cryptic URL that some fellow posted in facebook. tinyurl.com/SaveMML3

Updated again. This SHOULD be the final version of this one. I'll make a few more as well, and would be happy to help should you need it.
Edt: You don't show me that "the end" junk! That was NOT the end! Get that outta my topic >.>

Threads aren't real estate in these forums--it's the discussion that comes of them that matters, not who started the discussion! The only places where it'd make sense to refer to something as your topic is in the creative sections, where it's logical to post galleries.

I was being sarcastic, sorry. I guess I'm used to people not taking statements like that so seriously ^_^

Yeah, it's a thing I noticed a lot of guys on CU doing a lot and it really inflated a lot of egos, so every time I see it here, I'm going to try and nip it in the bud before it becomes a trend. We all need to work together to get anywhere. Legends fans, Mega Man fans, and anyone who wants to see more games with heart!

I mainly say stuff like that to joke around, so I'm sorry that it was taken literal. Eiether way, I couldn't agree with you more. I'm in it to see our game made, and am just happy to be a part of the effort!
Also; I'm afraid I'm not really familiar with CU ^_^;

*High five* Not familiar with CU? Part of me wonders where you've been all this time, and part of me's a little jealous.

*returns high five* Not a particularly active fan outside of my own circles, but I'm around =P Second flyer up and ready to spread the word: The other one is bright and adventure-oriented, meaning that it will appeal to a broad range of people, but some won't even give it a second glance. This one has a darker feel in order to appeal to those that the first would not have an impact on.

You'll want to make the text muuuch whiter, for sure. Right now it's really hard to read from a distance. Especially since, when printed professionally, dark colors usually print a few shades darker than intended, and when printed on a home inkjet, they waste a lot of ink.
And use the tinyurl link instead. It'd fit better.

not used to making print-outs.... the majority of my work is in signatures and sprites, where you don't normally have to worry about contrast as much as color scheme. Either way, updated. Decided to keep the Facebook link but drop the WWW, that way people can be 100% sure about what they're getting. If I for one saw a flyer with a tinyurl link, I'd be fairly suspicious. Either way, thanks for the advice =) Spanish versions for anyone that may want them: i2.photobucket.com/albums/y36/Raven8SP/BannerSp.jpgi2.photobucket.com/albums/y36/Raven8SP/MMFlyer2Spanish.jpg

I like the white one better myself because it captures the series' feeling much better than dark and implied ambiguity.
Also, I would give the posters better border spacing around its sides. For one, the logo at the top sticks too closely to the top margin of the intended print.
