Yep, we've heard of it. In fact, I think some of the people here were the ones who helped start it!

I did everything the blog said to do, (except for the optional step, and I may do that too,) and I even tweeted the suggested tweet directly to Capcom Japan. I've been tweeting them in google translated japanese an awful lot lately, so I hope I get a dignified and positive answer.

At this point all I ask is that they release a damn collection of light novels. Light novels, fleshing out stories since plot holes became glaringly apparent in games.

Every time I see this topic it mades me think that the fans would settle for MML3/RMD3 in book or graphic novel form.

And for Capcom to have even a chance of profiting off of it, they'd have to lead into it with graphic novels of Legends 1 and 2, or they'd be severely inhibiting their potential. The biggest problem we've got is that, anywhere outside of Japan, it's next to impossible to get your hands on any Legends games without shelling out large wads of cash. The only way to inexpensively introduce anybody to the plot and characters is through a rerelease of some sort, whether it's a remake, a port, or something else entirely. It's honestly been too long to get anywhere without doing that first.

I agree about them needing to release graphic novels. There are things that really need to be explained.
Speaking of graphic novels, a manga series by Hitoshi Ariga would be great, especially since he had expressed interest in making a series. He can easily include MoTB, MML1, RMD5IA and MML2 before dealing with what he believed MML3 would have been if it were released (or if CAPCOM were to give him a summary of what would have happened in the game)
OTOH, re-releasing the Legends games would have been great, but there are problems with the localization. Hopefully they would sort that out.
I won't mind a remake or the games released on the 3DS. That way, CAPCOM might even be surprised how many people bought the ports and even requested for a sequel.

There are just a small box with a small auto-narrated explanation everytime a new (For the Novel.) character is introduced, even for Wright himself. If Capcom was able to make a lot of Volumes of the Phoenix Wright Graphic Novel newcomer-friendly, then making a MML Graphic novel with both newcomers and veteran fans in mind can't be difficult for them.

Maybe the second best route is a graphic novel trilogy along with a remake or rerelease of all the games. Get more people interested in the series. Heh I can hope.
