What is the oldest thread timeframe in which I can revive a thread and share my opinion on it without breaking the thread necromancy rules?
Thanks.

One thing for sure: If you revive threads that are at least 2 months old too often then users might think you're into necromancy. At least, that's what happened to me.

Timeframe isn't as ultimately important as the content of the thread you're updating. Keep the following factors in mind when wondering whether or not to revive an old thread: - Does this thread pertain to a specific person or their accomplishments? If so, it probably isn't a good idea to bump it unless it's in the art section. - Has the thread gone off topic? Is it more like an intimate conversation? If so, it probably isn't a good idea to bump it. - Has the content been rendered irrelevant over time (like the 2007 Keiji Inafune interview)? If so, it probably isn't a good idea to bump it. - Responding directly to a post made years ago, especially a post made years ago by members who have long since left, is not a good idea. Such as bumping a thread to congratulate someone on scoring a new copy of Legends 2 in 2006. Threads that are okay to bump usually pertain directly and objectively to Legends content, like any of the official polls, Legends plot threads, and plot speculation. If in doubt, don't hesitate to PM a mod to ask for a second opinion!

Thanks for clearing up, Dashe. I was also curious about thread revival.
