I accidentally made the script for comic 003, without noticing it wasn't the latest one for the contest. I don't want to see my work go unseen, so I'll post it here. (It's not a fanfic and I didn't draw it. So I guess it should fit here.)

I find that to be a hilarious comic. Well, we can't blame MegaMan for not realizing Juno's male since he is so...pretty.

Hey that's pretty good! Be sure to enter the actual contest this week, you might have a good chance at winning. I really like that shot of Rock in the third panel. If I ever change my avatar(Which is a long shot because I love HF's Inspector)that shot will be it.

I did enter. I've always been a quick thinker and I can think of more (and better) jokes than the Scary Movie's writers in any interval of time.
I just joined some few days ago, but I'm planning to be more active.
(P.S. It took me 2 minutes to think of that joke, 2 more to polish the text and 1 more to correct the grammar. The image editing did take a bit longer, but mostly because I kept trying to make it fit the speech bubbles.)

Well, I'll openly admit that I take my time when thinking of things for the comics. If I don't take my time, they wind up just plain suckish. and sometimes it just depends on whether the image is right or not, and you could get super lucky... like Evan did. The fact that he was dead last to enter that week was probably my doing. I convinced him to enter last minute, and he completely smoked the competition. :23: I myself smoked the competition one week 'cause half of the current voters weren't around, and there weren't as many entries. So quite a few of my points were lucked out due to circumstance. I keep feeling as if mine are becoming easier and easier to distinguish from the others, but that could just be me. Anyway, glad to see you're taking an interest into the old images, Adrian. Good job on the take as well. and good luck in the future images, eh?

Ever since I started making comics, I've been number one every time. I enter fast, but I take at least 10 minutes to think of a joke, funny or not.

So I just have to beat Chaotic Chao and Dashe...
I'm pretty sure I can handle you both in the contests.

Ha that script is good Adrian2040N. I'm looking forward to this week's contest entries. I have to admit it might probably not be as good as this one. For me, the more interesting and weird the image combinations are, the easier it is to make good jokes.

I'd actually have to disagree. Although it might be more difficult thinking of good dialogue for original images, that's what gives some people an edge. and a comic image doesn't have to look weird for you to use the bubbles to turn it into a weird situation. Just because funny things to say in an original image may not come naturally, that's when I take my mind off of the image, but still think about it every now and then. Sometimes you get lucky and can use a reference from your everyday life, whether it's something somebody said, or something you randomly thought up throughout the week, if any of that makes any sense. quick edit: and just because nobody votes for your entry doesn't mean it's not good. As long as you like it, that's what matters. It's about fun!
