I actually did submit an entry, but I really don't think it was that great. I submitted an idea for Capcom to create a slapstick video where reaverbots are interviewed and complain about how they've been guarding the ruins for eons only to be blown up in 5 seconds by Megaman. It sounded better in my head at midnight when I thought it up. The main problem with this idea is that while established (already going to buy the game) fans might like it, it probably wouldn't appeal to a much wider base.
But like my not so great reaverbot entry, I sort of felt like it was my duty as a fan to come up with something, even if I am not the most creative person.

The other appears to recommend letting people play a demo of the game at local events. Again, this is all going off google translate - so I can't tell for certain.

出張開発現場の巻〜♪
【概要説明】
実際に開発機器を持ち寄って、ステージ上で実際にゲームを作るのを実況しながら見せる。
街の中をうねうね動かしたり、あまつさえ作成中のリーバードを動かしたり。参加者にデバックプレーや、試作プレーしてもらって、率直な感想をもらう。
まずガラス張りされた小部屋(檻)か、あるいはステージを用意。実際に開発スタッフが公開開発プレーを行います。解説役のキナコ嬢(多分)が、それをわかりやすく説明。会場の場を盛り上げたり、逆に客イジリをします。
また同時にツイッター班も配備し、現場の状況をリアルタイムで中継します。(これぞツイッターの醍醐味や)
さらに! その場でアイデア決定する企画会議!!勃発!!
※全員がこれない場合はテレビ電話を使うといいと思われます。
そこにいる会場の皆さんのみで、多数決(おそらく投票形式)で何を決定稿するか決めてもらう。イベントのクライマックスには...、その結果が言い渡されるのです・・・!!!
イベント終了後にはアンケート配布をゲームやイベントの感想を書いてくれたみんなには、暗号コード何かが記載された会員証を配布する。
後日ダレットに登録し、暗号コードを入力する。新しい称号とゼニーがもらえる。
