I finally decided to play MATB, I cleared the first ruins, dig-out and bank robbery missions. All I have to say is WOW, I mean this game is amazing. Who needs a blue boy when you can command servbots to strip cars, hit switchs and almost give hard earned treasure to thieves. I apologize for taking so long with playing this game but no more once I finish some art related projects and do a little research I will play the game to the end. Though I have one thing to say about the servbots, them seem like a bunch of smart ##### sometimes. Those matrix cube seem like a important yet taken for granted kind of thing.

Uggg... I really want to buy this, but I already spent too much this month. I'm glad to hear it's a lot of fun.

Matrix cubes? O.o Anyway, the key thing to remember about TMoTB is that your servbots are everything. EVERYTHING. You have to train them, tend to them, monitor them, punish them, etc etc etc. Some of them get lightning fast if you play the lunch game right, and some of them get powerful with the weapon of their choice if you train their attack well enough, and I actually recommend watching bits and pieces of an LP if you're new to it, such as oh say, Darkkefka's Playthrough?Throughout it, Darkkefka gives a lot of tips and goodies with Simsteven's guide on the entire thing. He covers just about EVERYTHING there is to know about TMoTB. I think you'll like it. I watched every video as they were uploaded.

Out of curiosity, why is this thread titles "wrong yet so right?"

Well I haven't bought a copy yet this is just borrowed. As for why this is called "wrong yet so right" it has to do with my excitement and determination to do as much looting and wanton destruction as possible (for a good cause of course >_>). I really like having my servbots strip cop cars and taking riot sheilds. Stealing cows & horses was a pain in the butt with all those bots swarming me. I played it yesterday on & off for awhile and have decided to do every mission. Which leaves me with the harbor missions & the casino for fun. As for the matrix cubes I mean those cubes you can give your servbots. They seem like important things but overlooked.

I wonder if this game could be played on the PSP? I know it's impossible to emulate on a computer, but perhaps the PSP would be a different story. Is your friend on the forums? If they're a big enough fan to have MOTB, they should be

I've emulated The Misadventures of Tron Bonne.Long as you're persistant and you mess around long enough with save states, things eventually work. Life is good. As for the PSP, the only thing I've ever really been aware of there being a remake of is MML2, which Pitch has made very clear time and time again ( ) So I can't be for sure about TMoTB on the PSP.

I really don't see the point in training my hoardlings. I switched over to ranged fighters during the dig-outs. Four tacklers & two rangers for any other mission. My servbots seem more than able to keep of with my methodical looting & house destroying. But, any good tips on how to score 50pts on level-3 of the attack mini-game? Highest I've reached is 47. Also thanks for the tip on catching the bombs midair.

Try hitting two targets at a time. The servbot who puts up the targets goes in a clockwise direction, so shoot in the order that conforms to that. The cannon lasts for five seconds.
Those are the only advices I can give you. It's a shame you can't get the other servbots trained until you get 1 million zenny.

Mike, the PSP can play any PS1 game.
1. Hack PSP. 2. Rip PS1 game 3. Convert 4. Play!

I'm comfortable with emulations, thank you though. I can never bother with hacking beyond putting codes into an action replay.

Wah, that sucks. I'll probably try it anyway if I ever get the game. Otherwise I'll just play it on my PS2.

Wow, your PS2 can play PS1 games? My old phat PS2 won't register them, or blue disc games. I play all my PS1 one games on my PS1 or PS3.
