I don't have much to say about this one in particular, but I love that you've apparently mastered dodging the Hyper Beam™. You make it look almost easier than Hal did, by dodging it in one swift motion. Great stuff. The rest of it's about the same as before, although I also like how you've taken to dodging the floating mines.. That's just a great idea. Awww heck. manipulating the black hole is ALSO a key element. I did a good job on that part as well... The only problem is figuring out when she'll first use it. :20:

Well, there we go! Haha, silly me, how could I forget about the Homing Missile? Anyways, it's a pretty neat run, for sure! The Homing Missile was one of the go-to weapons for me back when I still couldn't get through Sera with just a buster, so it's a pretty nostalgic sight, watching this fight. I could swear, your style looks familiar to the point where I thought it was me fighting out there, haha. XD And a huge improvement with mine/laser dodging, definitely. One critique I'm wondering though, is between Sera's Flash Striker attacks, why didn't you just lock-on, de-lock, and then fire the Homing Missile (if you're planning to hit her skirt area?) It'd be much quicker than just using the shoulder buttons to face her, and you'd even be able to get more hits in-between each Flash Striker attack. Not to mention, I personally think it's a much safer method. But anyways, cool beans. Cool beans. And yes, your video editing skills are awesome and I wish I had them. (Truthfully, I sorta had my little brother quickly help me out with putting everything together. I'm not too tech-savvy with Movie-maker. =P)

Eh... I dunno , I was having to push too many buttons, and I was more worried about that SKIRT than I was about risking hitting her chest, apparently, and those flash strikers are scary. X3 Just too many teleports and too much annoyance, I figured I'd let the homing missiles do the locking on. Apparently the new button style I fashioned was good enough for a win. I'm really happy it worked so well. I almost forgot what button was for the jetskates by the time I needed them. Glad I could get this done before xmas, miracles really do happen! getting sick of it kinda helped... I think. EDIT: The 13th Reflection makes a good boss song, doesn't it? I was required to add in the transformation scene to set the mood for the song.

Not bad! I'll admit that I was expecting a weapon that was a bit more out of the way, but this works too, I suppose. I'm surprised you actually don't skip the cutscenes. Personally I got tired of watching them over and over just because I got scratched once in a battle.
I like the inclusion of the blooper reel to remind the viewers that dodging that stuff is NOT as easy as you make it look in the final take. Agreed. It looks so easy when it's recorded after your (insert number here)'th try. In reality you get smacked around quite a bit trying to make these vids in the first place.

I agree, best video yet Mikey! It was kind of scary when you almost slided into the laser. Also that battle music fit phenomenally!

Yeah, I suppose. As long as you can pull off a win, right? And that song's called "The 13th Reflection?" Not sure of the original context it was used in KH, but yeah it was a fitting song, I especially liked the touch of the harp, it almost lulls you into a false sense of peace and security, haha. I wonder what the next weapon will be.... Z-SA- I mean, Blade Arm! =P Without the whole glitch thing where you float on the air, lol.
Currently, I'm working on another part of the game that I feel is much, much harder to get a Buster Only/No Armor/No Life-Upgrade&Refill run on than the Sera boss battle. Or any boss battle for that matter. And even getting a Flawless run is nigh-improbable unless you've got the reflexes of a super computer or something.
Eh nevermind, I'm definitely biting off more than I can chew with this one.
Anyways, nice touch with the song+transformation cutscene. Really puts you in the moment, haha!

I'm surprised you actually don't skip the cutscenes. Personally I got tired of watching them over and over just because I got scratched once in a battle. You're right. That cutscene was from a separate battle when I got tired and just watched the cutscene, and I chocked it in as an intermission. Talk about amazing editing skills, I can make a bunch of stuff happen that people don't know about. lol And that song's called "The 13th Reflection?" I'm guessing. It's what youtubers call it. Currently, I'm working on another part of the game that I feel is much, much harder to get a Buster Only/No Armor/No Life-Upgrade&Refill run on than the Sera boss battle. Are we allowed to start guessing? lol

It's Krabbe, called it suckers! That boss would be so hard to beat without damage.

pfffbt, we all know Krabbe is... "difficult", but I wouldn't think it'd be anything THAT obvious.
quick question: has anybody ever destroyed the gold statue off of Blitzkrieg? ;D
BTW it's okay to laugh about the bloops, now that they're done and over with. My outlook on them is cut in half because it was ME who was doing the playing, but otherwise my half-slice of laughter isn't all that bad... lol

quick question: has anybody ever destroyed the gold statue off of Blitzkrieg? ;D A better question: who hasn't? It's the easier and more fun way to do that battle. I think most players who have gone through the game at least twice will have tried doing Blitzkrieg both ways. If you haven't tried destroying the statue yet. Let loose! It's quite therapeutic. It barely costs you anything in the long run.

Nah, not Krabbe. That fight isn't so bad for a Buster Only/No Damage run when compared to having to deal with both forms of Sera, in my opinion.
Actually, the fight I'm talking about isn't even a Boss Battle, and is actually considered quite easy to most people since they usually just plow straight through that part of the game with a special weapon. But take away the special weapons and your armor and life-upgrades/refills and this fight could become a serious fight just to stay alive. And I remember destroying the statue once when I was younger, and Tiesel became a whole lot more fun to fight, lol. Haven't done it recently, however.

I wonder if HalcyonDays is talking about the Birdbot battles. Those aren't exactly a cakewalk without weapons. In terms of bosses, I've always considered Rush Mamoo to be the toughest boss to make a flawless on, mainly due to your lack of equipment and his gi-normous health bar.

I have to admit. I was bugging out when it came to Glyde's ship's healthbar. The carrier shuttle with those 3 little yellow bullet pew-pew pirate guns we've come to know and love on the sides of it.
*raises hand* Can I change my vote? I need to think outside the box...
OH NUUU! A WILD ABRA APPEARED!

The Abra part made me laugh. Hahaha! Also, what's with the "Sera using her pears" thing anyways? I don't get it.
