hey guys.. im using the unity 3D engine to make a game.. and i was testing the phisichs.. and added some things that dont exist on mmlegends series like double jump and dashing.. (well there is a kinda of dashing.. ) www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3ceiMJdsGYso yhea.. tell me what you guys think

Hah, cool. I have no idea what kind of work must go into that sort of thing, but it looks neat. MegaMan's jumping seems a bit odd, though. Like it's a bit much: it's too fast, and he jumps waaaaay too high. You could probably cut it down a bit so that his double jump can only reach the height of one of his jumps. (Maybe he can jump that high if we're assuming he has the Jump Springs — that would be OK) The mid-air dash is nifty, too. Good luck with your game.

thanks you two .. oh, it is in early stages of production .. all i had so far was an idea, then i made a 3d animation (that problaby is pretty boring for you guys since its in my language, portuguese) and then i started to work on the phisichs and controls this week.. i still dont know if im gonna continue this along because is a true pain.. off course its awesome when i got some stuffs to work the right way after a long while programing then.. well, i tried to do with pitch recomended, and i set the value of the jumps to a lower number.. heres the result www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRPZNiawymsperhaps if i change the jump animation into megaman skeleton , i can improve the way it looks.. what ya think?

The shortened jump height really helped, I think. It looks a lot more reasonable now. I'm not sure what you're asking here, but it couldn't hurt to try!

Sweet, in the first vid he jumps like he's on the moon. Wish I could do that in game. O.o
It looks pretty good so far. The physics are working all right!

i'll stick arround .. actualy i know the website of legends station for quiet a while.. i think since 2007 or something..and i was aways coming again to hear some musics or check some infos .. get wallpapers .. im a big fan of legends series..and before mml3 was annunced i used to think "this guys are doing a great job keeping the small crowd of legend fans united even after alot of years waiting for the sequence" ahah thanks, i think im gonna continue this game even if a slow down the pace some times, and yea portuguese kinda sucks

I skimmed the video a bit because the lack of being able to understand the words made it hard to keep my interest, but still.. Very nice. That ship in the beginning there looks familiar. Did you pull that from something else or did you design it yourself? chaning the way megaman moves while jumping, because this animation i have now was intend to be used if he was high jumping.. Oh, right. OK yeah, that sounds like it makes good sense. You should probably do that and it would look even better. I didn't even notice this before you mentioned it, though.

Welcome to the "3d game creation" and "latin guys" club (assuming you live in Brazil of course.) It looks like this project has a lot of potential, good job.
I have to ask: How did you get that model? you ripped it or modeled it?

thanks man,actualy i ripped from tatsunoko vs capcom using the direct 3DX Riper.. i first tried to rip megaman X from mmx8 but i failed lol.. then i remembered that there was another game with a cool 128 bit megaman on it
actualy man.. i can tell you play metroid prime, right? .. i ripped that ship from metroid prime 2 , is the gm compond ship hehehe.. to bad the aliens burn the heck of it
yea, despite being a megaman game.. i want to put some diferent enemies dudes on this.. because..1 i dont have many robot models so i'll save the few i have for the bosses XD .. and 2, i think is cool since megaman is visiting another world that he does not belong .. so this world has some living creatures, like aliens, tiranossaurs, ghosts..
