Way to go, Pitch! -Steals-
If I'd been on the design team I would have made her hair look less rounded along the edges myself. Something looks quite a bit off with that.

Steal away; that's what they're for! Hopefully Capcom Unity will be posting these later anyway, but I'm a bit impatient... ( also, I suspect Capcom Unity will only post a low res one :22:) I agree about the hair. Round hair has no place in the Legends universe. Spiky hair is Legends Character Design 101! Truthfully, I don't think she looks any more like a Legends character than she did in the original design. But most of the things I liked about the original design are really trivial things... I do like the changes to her leggings and arm...ings. Although, whatever's going on with her short-shorts has me perplexed. Ooh, and the shoes look nifty too. Pretty cool. =) I'm loving this wallpaper. I can't wait for them to release more of these!

Although, whatever's going on with her short-shorts has me perplexed. First thing that I noticed about the redesign. Since it seems more open, I was like, what's going on there >_> I've never understood that style, to leave the fly open like that, but at least her skin isn't showing in that area. At least she's got coverage! :12:
I think I prefer her original design compared to this one, however this one is fine. I thought the orange scarf stood out more than the white one, and went better when she had the flame-like markings on her band things, but that's been changed to flowers (?) anyway. Her hair does seem a bit off to me as well, I think it looked better when it was slightly longer. She's still cute and properly dressed, so I can't complain. Bet I'll end up loving it after a few days.
Oh, and thanks for the wallpaper Pitch!

There's some translations of the notes on the different phases of Komaki's design that are pretty nifty, but nothing else I noticed in particular. (And no sign of the wallpaper yet...) EDIT: Oooh, actually, this sounds promising!That's what I like to hear! But December feels far away now... TronBonne Those are pretty much my exact thoughts on the old design versus the new — except I like the new pattern on the sleeves. The short-shorts look they're too tight and she can't fasten them. >___<;

She looks fine enough to me. I agree about the hair, but I think adding yet another spiky do'd character would be a bit overkill, so I'm not bothered too much by that. I'm glad they changed the sleeve patterns. Looking at the old one makes me feel like I'd stepped into some tacky tattoo parlour.
Also, glossing over those developer notes makes wanna get violent. Not that they didn't do a good job with it, but some of the things they say in those little exchanges they have are really dumb. They're just adding another moé for fanboys. It feels really tacked on at the moment... I hope that's not the case and there's some actual reason outside having just another cool character design.

There's some translations of the notes on the different phases of Komaki's design that are pretty nifty, but nothing else I noticed in particular. The design in the middle (#3) is absolutely perfect; I wish they went with that! Nah, December isn't too far away....can't wait to see what her 3D model looks like, but when are we going to see what Trigger looks like?!I like the flower pattern, I just wasn't sure if....they were supposed to be flowers.

Oh shoot, they're rolling out updates all over the place. Servbot registration is open. I got #57! And there's this page from the Japanese DASH 3 site that kind of charmingly describes the rocketship idea. (Which thankfully appears to still be just a metaphor) I think the devroom zenny has something to do with “funding” the rocketship... clever. TronBonne I agree about #3, especially along with the description of it in the notes. (“Since the last try was unsuccessful, I decided to draw Komaki-san’s design in the traditional Legends style and then analyze any mistakes.” — if they drew it in Legends style, why not just stop there? Ah well.)

Someone's going to be pantsing her in the future. Calling it now. I'm stoked for the model though. I want to see what this game's really going to look like, but I don't mind the wait at all. I can't have myself getting fired over Legends 3. Sadly, life's gotta take precedence over this game...it makes me wish they hadn't waited so long to start it, or that they'd just gone about it normally without the fan input. This would be a lot more fun if it had been going on while I was still in school with summer vacations.

I wound up with #47. I have no clue how I wound up with such a low number myself, especially when Pitch signed up before me and wound up with #57.

(EDIT: Beaten to it! Damn.) I think they may be handing out numbers randomly. Miss Dashe signed up well after I did and she got a lower number than mine. (47 vs. 57) I'm not sure how that happened. I can't have myself getting fired over Legends 3. Hah. I could just picture you explaining that to someone. “Why did I get fired from my last job? Well, there was this video game, you see...” xD I also wish this had happened when most of us were still young. But that ship has sailed. I think we missed that boat a long time ago by now, really. Ah well.

I got pegged as #97 myself. The number system has to be random for that to happen. As far as the Aero design goes, I agree that #3 looked much better. I'm not too fond of the hair modification myself, and the whole zipper thing is just odd.

Double whammy! Apparently the Bonne mech ideas are going to be voted on, and the top five from US and the top five from Japan will be sent to the dev-team. So I guess that's cool. I'd say we've probably got a good shot at making it into the top five with Seeteufel. I didn't notice anything else interesting from Eguchi, but maybe this quote clarifies any puzzling over Servbot numbers. Just maybe.The numbering issues might be the result of a bug, then. I hate when that happens. (Always test before you release your code! >.<)

I'm #164... I'm kinda disappointed for some reason. I thought it would say #Awesome or something like that. Or atleast get something with an eight on it... oh well, atleast I'm better than those #170s and above . After promising to never touch LBP creator until LBP2, I think I'm going to design a proof of concept for the Bonne Mech contest. Even if they don't accept a youtube video of an LBP level, for whatever reason, I think I'll find it fun. And you guys will know of my exploits!
