Geez, these look more like Battle Network designs than Legends ones IMO. I'm leaning more towards Ishikawa and Kaji.

I'm digging Suetsugu's because she kind of looks like a color correction for Kristin Chenoweth from Episode 5 of Glee with the wrong headgear.
@tauvertex- I would have totally auditioned for the part of Tron or Bon in Legends Abridged, but you weren't taking outside submissions. XD Alas, perhaps now I've got a chance at voice acting in some kind of Legends production that isn't vaporware for once!
Seriously, Aarond needs to hop on that one too. He could double for Rob Smith no sweat.

I feel like I'm voting on something for another game. I kind of like Shinsuke Komaki's design, but none of these designs really seem like Legends characters to me.

I'm stuck between Sensei Haruki Suetsugu, Shinsuke Komaki and Keiji's design...HELP!!
Besides keep in mind guys, these are just concepts all of these designs could look awesome in the final build.
Choose carefully!!

I wanted to vote for Ryuji Higurashi's, but he isn't on the list...Hideki Ishikawa is my 2nd choice.

Hmmm...my favourite is Shinsuke Komaki's design. Then Hayato Kaji, Toru Nakayama's, and Haruki Suetsugu's (although I'm not sure I think this one would fit in very well) . The rest either don’t make an impression on me or need more clothes.
I'm going to wait for a while before I vote though. I'm not good with making decisions right away.

Suetsugu, for the love of Glee! Komaki's a close second. I'm not big on the belly shirts so none of those characters really appeal to me at all. The last thing we need is to reinforce the scantily-clad-videogame-girl stereotype.

Well I cast my vote for Komaki's. So far it's tied with Suetsugu's. At least it was a second ago. (actually, pulled ahead one percent)

I'm not gonna finalize my vote yet, either. Komaki's the closest one we have to looking 'Legendsy'. Suetsugu's Native American motif is pretty cool, and I kind of like Kaji's despite the obvious similarity to Mayl from Battle Network (it is the same artist, though). A large portion of them need to go home and get dressed.

@buster Cannon Kaji's I got over the idea of a Mayl-like character in Legends when Rockman Perfect Memories April Fool’d DASH 3 DS. :01:

The last thing we need is to reinforce the scantily-clad-videogame-girl stereotype. Really. I like my female characters to have on a reasonable amount of clothing. I'm sick of barely dressed females in the video gaming industry (well, not just the gaming industry, actually), so I'm hoping one of the more dressed ones gets voted into Legends 3.

Suetsugu for me right now. Komaki has also got it down good, but it looks a bit too similar in attire to Roll and Tron. Suetsugu's girls has the right pose, interesting attire and background, no frickin' midriffs, and is just zany enough to work.
My god--I've never been this active in a very long time!

Oh god, Suetsugu's even says "Howdy." :17: That's it, instant win right there.
(So glad Yoshikawa's isn't steamrolling the competition. That girl needs to put on some clothes, stat.)

Hmm, Komaki's design is almost too similar to Roll's. I'm starting to lean towards Kaji now. She's got that 'unlikely hero' vibe going on, especially with the Mettool helmet. She could fit in to Legends quite nicely.
Thought about Ishikawa's, but she looks more like an office worker than a heroine.
