I really wanted to see a DASH anime after playing my PSP version of this. I'm pretty sure there's no cutscenes in the other missions either. Just straight up playing. Unless the scene at the end of the piggy grabbing mission counts. That was classic...

That's really interesting! I actually got frustrated trying to search for that or at least videos of it (other than that cutscene only video). What I find funny is that they used a tune from MML1 (but then again, they did it for the "Caverns" as MML2 calls them).
Could you enlighten me more as to how you got this? I mean, on what format is that (UMD, etc.). I probably shouldn't ask about an ISO of it, though.
Sorry if I seem like a newbie in this post.

I used an ISO, since I can't record from my PSP. I do have the PSP RMD2, though, so I can play it legally.

Could anyone possibly confirm if the value pack has this on it? I've wanted to get the psp titles for a while and when the value pack came out I thought that seemed like the way to go, but if it doesn't have this on it I'll definately stick with getting the individuals. I'de much rather be able to play something NEW even if it meant paying a little more.
By the way, anyone think it's weird they never did Misadventures on the psp? 1 and 2 got re-released TWICE and Misadventures gets nothing. I mean, the series has few enough games as it is, let's not go sweeping one under the rug...

wow I feel totally ripped off. There is no reason this shouldn't have been in the full game. The way the battle progresses is much more interesting than any others in MML2 since in those you are simply coming to where the enemies are and clearing the area.
Also certain stuff with the enemies such as the hiding underground/in buildings, the tank that really moves around making it hard to hit and the flying/shuffling the crab bot uses are cool things that should have been in there.
Imagine this on manda, keeping glyde's base pretty much the same, then making some small changes to the Saul Kada battle and actually making the train battle an interesting fight. Except for the train that doesn't require a ton of work and it could have elevated the game to something that would be considered a "classic" (like many legend of zelda games) by more than just a small group of people (not saying it would sell millions upon millions of copies but it might be at least recognized).
But I digress, my point is that this battle and some of the concepts in it would have made the game better.

Thank you! That's good to know, I kinda figured but I didn't want to send off for it and find that it wasn't in there... If I can't play a new MML game I at least want to play this. @_@ And while I'm at it I could always upload videos of the other 3 missions that aren't on youtube yet. I can rip the video straight from the game once I get it so it wouldn't be a problem.

Musashi: I forgot to ask you if the ISO you used is compatible with psx emulators, so is it?

Yes, it is. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to play it.

Would you be willing to upload it? Please...
I'm tired of playing the regular demo.
