Whomever owns the PC Version of Legends, would be a great asset in my thirst for knowledge on this one XD. Does anyone know if the game is moddable? I've for the longest time wanted to do a mod to expand the first game (Yes sadly, I don't have the resources to do #2 since I only have the PC version of Legends), however I'm not even sure if it's possible. Furthermore would anyone be interested in that sort of an undertaking?

Eh, i believe the PC version is more likely to be moddable. Other than that, i don't think you'll go anywhere.

Not worth it. Everything is jumbled up together, and many files contain the same scene, with just a few differences in the scene. It would be a headache to edit all the files and determine which affects which. I tried something like this already. As well, the bin files are all uncompressed. The arm, leg, etc. bins have the model info; megaman is made from multiple models put together, which allows for body part exchanging. The files that are like 3A 4A are the scene files. They have scene data, setups, all the text, and some other cool stuff too. If you look through the text you can see some text that was never entered into the game. I have a table file for use with a table editor that will let use see the text in the bin files here: ambyra.googlepages.com/MEGAMAN_LEGENDS.zipIt would be a lot easier, and probably faster, to just make the game from scratch. The game is pretty basic for 3d. We'll see what happens. *whoops! this is for the playstation bins, but I think they're the same. The pc version is just an emulator
