I'm just curious to know, has any one completed MML2 on very hard mode, with no upgrades and took NO damage what soever?
I tried it once, but it was impossible!

Never taking any damage on very hard mode...that would not be impossible, but so difficult that you have to anticipate an enemy's move.
Its not worth the risk of restarting the game every time you get hit.

Wow, well maybe for some people it would be possible But I know I couldnt do it
I mean, I would hate to have to keep restarting the game everytime I got hit, theres really no point to it, and really just a waste of time
But if someone actually did it, I would have to say they should call up Guinness Book of World Records lol.

He didn't say you couldn't save... >_> Just save at every point and go back to that save file if you get hit.

..but isn't that cheating? I thought of that too, and it sounds pretty cheap to me. ; Oh, anyway.. at some point in the game, no upgrades means getting hit will kill you, so yeah. But, also, no weapon upgrades means every single battle is going to be dragged out for an incredibly long time, which probably at some points exponentially increases your chances of failing miserably. If it's possible, it's highly improbable.

Not really...I mean, I've tons of people who rely on save files for speed runs, among other challenges. I don't really see how it's cheating...
But then again, it would be a lot more of an accomplishment to do it all in one go.

It would also be incredibly frustrating. Imagine going through the whole game, collecting every key, getting to Elysium, and then getting hit by one of the reaverbots that pop out of the ground. Ugh. I say that save files are fair. But if you have the patience to try without them, be my guest.

It might be possible on easy mode but it would still be unfathomably hard. I doubt it's possible to beat Sera on very hard mode without any upgrades at all because you would barely be able to reach her. Plus, it would barely even damage her if she did get did get hit. Therefore there would be about a 99.9999 chance of you not getting hit by Sera alone without any upgrades. I think...
