I can honestly say that Tsubasa is one of the best anime I've seen in quite some time. I agree about the storyline, and the way the characters are done, you genuinly care for them, and that's getting harder to pull off now in days.
I have the first 3 vols, and have read a good portion of the manga, it's not everyday you find something this good.
It's shows like this that truely deserve praise and accolades. That's just me, though.

I've only read three volumes of the manga and watched a few episodes of the anime, but I already know that this is an awesome anime. All of the characters rock! Seriously! Syaoran is noble and has a heart of gold, Sakura's innocent and sweet, Kurogane's funny and cool, as is Fai The best part, at least in my opinion, it avoids that pitfalls that most anime tend to fall into, so you don't have that feeling that "oh, it's been done" or "I've seen this before". And every part of the story is something different, like in one moment they're in a place where it's like late 18 th century Europe, and the next, they go to a world where technology reigns supreme. Kind of like Samurai Jack. It's also fun to see how Syaoran and the others interact with the people in these worlds as well. I like how Fai and Mokona give Kurogane silly names, it's a surefire laugh to see a serious ninja like him get flustered at something so silly. ;D RockMan, if you haven't already, I recommend you show this to your after school anime club. Methinks it would be a good idea.
