The site is pretty okay, but I have too suggestions.
A. No Freewebs. Freewebs = NOT cool. I don't know any good hosts, but I'm sure someone here can suggest something. B. If you can, download the program called GIMP. It's a free advance image editor which will allow you to make more betterer images. I've never used it myself, since I have access to both Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop, but I've only heard good things about it.
Other than that, sweet.

kewl, I love it when people make Megaman sites! I'm seeing a problem though, it seems like those bubbles that come off my arrow cuz a horizontal scroll bar to flash at the bottom of my window. Anyone else have that problem?

Weird.
Nifty as those webpage effects are, my recommendation would be to scrap them for the sake of userfriendliness. I'm glad I viewed it with Firefox; if it were IE, chances are it would have crashed by now since the webpage effects would have blown up the browser.
Come to think of it, the bubbles are a little weird; I never thought of Megaman as a fish. Maybe he's dating Ariel of the Little Mermaid fame. Who knows. Red and blue kind of thing.

There's really nothing wrong with Proboards as a host but, please, PLEASE stay away from their standard layouts. I could actually name 3 other (tiny) Legends sites that have the exact same layout because it's premade.
And Pitch, I've tried to use The Gimp. I had no idea what I was doing. Definitely not as user friendly as the more standard programs out there. I myself use Paint Shop Pro 7, but I realize that's not in everyone's price range. (Heck, I stole it from my brother.) The Gimp is probably great for people who actually know what they're doing with graphics, but for laypeople, it's much too complicated.

Weeeeeell, Feldi, while I don't use the GIMP myself(I also have Paint Shop Pro 7), I've heard from many people on other forums that it works quite well for them(and these people aren't people that I'd consider skilled in the field of graphics; mostly people who've only ever used Paint). Perhaps I should have tried it myself before recommending it to other people, but this's the first time I've heard anyone say anything bad about it, so yeah... I just assumed it was a nifty, easy program to use. Maybe I'm wrong, or maybe whatever version of GIMP that is out now is more user-friendly. Either way, why not learn GIMP, rather than stick with plain old, very limited Paint? Learning to use GIMP couldn't possibly take as long as it would to save the money to buy an advanced image editor(assuming you're an unemployed like me)... Just my thoughts on the matter.
