My New Website, Massive Game Bank (MGB)

This is REALLY off-topic, but still...

I'm making a video game website...

I've got a site set up.
I've got an e-mail set aside.
I'm going to set up a forum through proboards.
EDIT: I've signed up with photobucket. That takes care of my image gallery problem.

Am I missing anything?

Any suggestions from site owners?

(Any inexpensive free way to make an audio gallery?)

Do you need some REALLY good hosting? my hosting be free and you can even use phpbb without, which is totally better than proboards, i believe, so if you'ed rather use it, pm me.

Other than that, good luck. its great to have another video game website. i just hope yours doesn't end up like the gia and shutdown. your last question:
Go back to my hosting part of my post. 100MB is plenty of space, and i can give you it all for free. im also a programmer, so i could program an audio library page for your sight. you could also even buy a server, but its hard to do, and sometimes even rediculess.

The thing I've got my site signed up for now has unlimited space & bandwidth (!), but no file larger than 1Mb AND no audio files or archives.

Anyways, NMN (you don't mind if I call you that, huh?) I heard you're a good coder for virtually anything, so you may just be able to help...
...that is, if you can spare some time from the all-important sequel we've all been waiting for...

I still need tons of help! Suggestions? Advice?

hmmm, If not my name is going to help, I might as well help. You have a moderator job at the forum open, I'd try it out, even though I have never been a mod, as long as you give me a definition of spam I'm sure I could do a good job. And I know a lot about video games too.

i'm fine with being a mod. im really reliable with my pc, but then again, once in a great while, my pc goes down for a day or two. of course, with three computers in my house, theres no prob inless i get a power outage.

I was scanning over your board and I have some quick questions: where would multi-platform games go? Specifically, what if people want to talk about a game made by Sega that's on all systems now (e.g. Sonic Heroes) What if people want to talk about Atari 2600 or Kalecovision or Intellevision? Maybe you should get rid of "Arcade General" and move it to "Other Games", but change the name from "Other Games" to "Other Platforms", seeing as that makes more sense (IMO). Also, when would your forum reopen to the public after it goes into maitenance mode? Maybe it would be best to leave it in regular mode so that if someone happens to wander by, they can join and maybe you can leave a message saying that it'll begin functioning at this date.

This is just constructive critisism, FYI.
