They're alright. Do you use tweens with your Flash animations? Or do you manually fbf it? It doesn't look like a tween, I just wanna' make sure.
Anywho, yeah. I've had about 4 years of Flash experience, and have met many animators along the way, but I must say that you stand out amongst the others. You definetely have potential, and so far you're doing very well. I'm sure that if you persist, and keep at it, you'll do greatly.
If you wish to see a few of my fbf animations for reference, then reply, or P.M me or summat. They might prove helpful.

i use a mixture of fbf and tweens on different layers, but the blinkers and pac mans untimely deathe were all fbf the first blinking avatar is about 400 frames 0_o hows that for persistance im still getting the hang of shape tweens and i cant quite get my head round hyperlinking butons, as it was demonstrated on a mac in flash mx and i use a pc with flash 8 two different programs, did you know that adobe own macromedia now?

Eek. That's too much... You may wanna' jot that down a bit, by either decreasing the frame rate, or using flags, to make pauses between frames longer, while maintaining a fast FPS. 400 frames is WAY too many. EDIT: I also have 3 years experience with action script, and have created a few games in the past, just in case you might want a little help with AS.

Definetely, and judging by your progress thus far, it won't be that hard. If you've any questions about a certain subject, just give me a post message, and I'll help as much as I can.

All rather impressive work. I like to animate with Flash, also. Unfortunately, the best that's ever come of it is the poor little rotating thing you see in my sig. Gah.

All of the flash is really good and I have seen them all before too but the drawing what can say they are ok the heads look kind of squarish and blockee but that could be your drawing style or something....but do I know I wish I could that I suck at drawing...I failed art class.
