Chuck Jones was an awesome cartoonist, but I'd rather go for Bob Clampett.
Thanks for the advice. I love art and doing it enough to battle these odds. The fact is not to go in it for money (although that is some of the reason), but more to express yourself. Actually I'd say it's 50% creativity, 30% skill, and 20% expression. I have skill and creativty; I love to express myself. If you want to be known, most people think you have to develope your own style. But what about Anti-stylism? I can say that I won't be doing that if I'm going into cartooning, because that's mainly the same stuff, but as an art student I'd say you have to view things from all styles and angles to improve your work.

I'm not for 2D but if there are any questions for 3D animation and how the industry works please feel free to ask. I just finished a contract for RGEN ent.
