So, what DON'T you want to see in MML3?
Personally, I can do without Glyde & company. The theme music, voice acting etc..weren't that great. I enjoyed all of the characters in MML1 except for maybe the pink-haired dude.

Quizzes about pop culture and world history. Those Potke quizzes really destroyed the immersion factor for me.

Aww, but I loved the Pokte Mayor's quiz. It was something you totally wouldn't expect from a MegaMan game. And you always had the option to shell out z2,000,000 if you didn't want to do it. If you want to know what's truly a nightmare try blindly fumbling through just the ten question quiz in Japanese just so you can get the option to pay z2,000,000 the Zetsabre. (I cheated actually, and got someone to translate for me But I made it through eight questions already! I was close!)

I second the quizzes about 7,000+ year old history. Also, Bola and Klaymoor. I didn't really hate them, but they were kinda meh.

I would dislike it if they added too many major new characters, and lost focus on the existing ones. I also hope they don't try to mess with the existing formula, trying to add more action-y elements.

Bola and Klaymoore were probably the second funniest part of that game to me, right after the Parabola Gun incident with Glyde at Nino. Bola didn't even care what happened with the Mother Lode, even when Klaymoore got real pissy with him.

I think the topic title should be changed, because I was about to rag on Specific for not wanting MML3. XD
I could do without Susan Roman being MegaMan's voice actor. I thought that made his character unbelievable and really alienated me as a player.

I absolutely hated that voice actor--while I can understand that it is genuinely difficult to find just the right voice for a 15 year old Digger in the Mega Man franchise, this was serious low point. They should have stuck with Corey, if not someone even better.

Agreed, Susan Roman as Trigger was definitely a major miscast.

Shoebafun. Floor traps were seriously uncool; they pretty much broke the flow of the game. Mimics are fine, though.

PSP port of DASH2... that was ridiculously frustrating... :06: Anywho, no Zero kthx. And I certainly don't want to see any Trigger X Roll chemistry. Walking in on her naked again is totally fine, but I just can't stomach the thought of those two hookin' up.

lol etc. The only solutions ever to the love triangle is as follows: - A. Volnutt pays no attention to either love interest, partly because he simply isn't interested, and partly because they keep getting into big conflicts over possessing him. This allows the love triangle to endure for the entirety of the series, while at the same time maybe sacrificing some of the comic relief that we all want to see.
- B. While both of the girls are continuously making advances on Volnutt, he's simply too naive to understand just how badly they want him over the other, and Volnutt will simply not get the hint. This, of course, leads to really funny stuff, but then it degrades Volnutt's character into a genuinely oblivious kind-of-guy.
And that's the end of my spiel.

I also hope they don't try to mess with the existing formula, trying to add more action-y elements. I don't get what you're saying here. How can you add action elements to an action game? I could do without Susan Roman being MegaMan's voice actor. I thought that made his character unbelievable and really alienated me as a player. Same, although what made his character unbelievable and alienated me was the whole "Trigger" nonsense with the System. And I certainly don't want to see any Trigger X Roll chemistry. Walking in on her naked again is totally fine, but I just can't stomach the thought of those two hookin' up. I may never understand this logic. The only solutions ever to the love triangle is as follows: - A. Volnutt pays no attention to either love interest
- B. Volnutt will simply not get the hint.
C. Let Mr. V go on a date with a character of the player's choice. D. Polyamory! Woooo, threesomes!
