Hmmm...I'm having trouble finding the mini nino island, the code just sends me to nothing but an ocean background.

Well, whenever I try a code, usually the rooms are not exitable/warps back to the same room or to a black pit. I also tried some of the ones some people mentioned about rooms only in cutscenes. The code will only trigger the cutscene and repeat (only that the repeated play though will have invisible characters/objects).
Here's what I found...
0040 Elysium/Center Area - You will fall at first but land on top of the Master's house. Entering the Master's house will only warp you back to the center of the room.
0010 Forbidden Island/Landing Site - No snow effects and invisible objects. Can't exit area.
1010 Same as 0010.
000A Joe talking to the Junk Store Owner cutscene. If you exit the store, you will fall in darkness with the town theme playing.
1001 Area select map with small objects and "Can't Enter" warning.
9730 Clyde's Base first room. Try to exit and you will be warped back to the same room. You can enter the rest of the rooms, but I haven't tried beating the whole base though...
8103 Roll in pajamas cutscene or Megaman trying to fly the Flutter cutscene (random). After the scene, it will go back to the Title Screen.
E11E The beginning mission, but if you complete it, you will fall in darkness with the "Mission Start" words frozen on the screen.
000B Inside the cemetery (outside the Gallery/Church). You will fall on top of the Gallery. Can enter the Gallery and talk to people, but can not exit the cemetery (just warps you back).
3111 Forbidden Island/Icefield. In an area you aren't suppose to be (the road you use is on the other side of the mountain). Can't move or jump.
3311 Same as 3111.
2255 A Digger Test (I'm not sure which one) then a blank screen if completed or failed (it looks like the game froze).
0017 Nino Island/Flying Ship Deck - No ships/people and no music. Can't exit room.
6060 The game crashes.
00A1 The game crashes.
4789 The game crashes.
So I haven't found anything cool yet. ;_;

Just to let you know, only the last two digits matter. And to make the ones I've posted work, you must use a joker command and wait until you can get to an area where you can board the flutter via ladder. Then activate it, and climb a board.
Also for the Mini-Nino, you have to use Rising Jump and Air- Walker, two codes found at CMGSCCC. You start at the bottom of Nino, where you have to start jumping, once at the height you want to stay, press start to activate the Air-Walker code, and your free to explore.

This is pretty cool. Has anyone gotten anything over the values of 55 not to crash? Maybe that's the upper limit of what we can go.
That 02 area is where Barrel and Verner discuss Roll's parents before they hold the press conference.
It seems to me that different methods (like starting a new game or using the Flutters ladder) get you different places with the same codes. Has anyone gotten any other entrance to work with interesting results?

How exactly do you get the Debug room?

The only known debug room code is this: 30078D1C 0000
For use with the codebreaker.
Simply start up your game with the code on-enter a room and ta-da!

Found what the texture was in 02. On closer expection, it is quite clear that the face belongs to Bluecher.

Dig the Digg, since it works with a gameshark which kind do you need. Playstation or PS2? And can you find codebreakers on EBgames?

Thanks for the correction, the code does work with gameshark!
Anyway to answer yuor question dragge, you need a PS1 gameshark, since it's formated only for PS1 games
EBGames and GameStop no longer carry PS1 products, but I recall seeing a PS1 codebreaker at my local RadioShack a few months back.
If all else fails, scope out ebay.

Thanks for that rockv. I'll do some searching around. Once I found a gameshark book for the PS1. Just the book... but thanks.

A PS1 or PS2 will do. Buy whatevers cheapest. Just be warned, if you have a PS2, eith get a PS2 gameshark, or a PS1 v4+. Reason is that the PS1 V3 s incombatible with PS2 and overall a hassel to use because of that. Also, some codes don't work with V1 and V2.
