This is a glitch/bug I've found some time ago by mere coincidence, I don't know if anyone knew about it but I wasn't able to find any info about this bug, so I've finally decided to record it. The glitch involves the treasure chests, basically you can walk around an open chest and Megaman's head will lock on to face it, regardless of the rotation of his body, you can turn his head completely, that's why I called it "The Exorcist glitch". Here's the video: youtu.be/KPzUfsiz5PEIf I'm actually the first one to document this glitch I would be very happy.

Well first off, thank you for the nightmares. Second, that's a really unusual thing. Kinda reminds me of how Silent Hill games have the character move their heads to a point of interest and I always thought how easy it could be to trigger a similar glitch. Since MML2 doesn't have this kind of mechanic I wonder what it could be used on. Maybe it also works on holes you can inspect? (I forget if MML2 has any) In that case it would be possible to assume that that was to be programmed to draw the player's attention towards that spot, just like in Silent Hill. Although the spots in this case are quite obvious so I don't see the usefulness in that.

It would have been fitting if this was posted near Halloween, but I digress. I just noticed this today and decided to try it out myself (thanks, body, and lack of internet.) It works, though it's a bit difficult to prevent MegaMan from sidestepping accidentally. The proof. (Sorry, for the crappy quality) Is it odd that stuff like this (rotating heads) doesn't scare me one bit? Or am I just weird and unmoved by horror film gags? It is disturbing, I'll definitely say that. But internally, I'm unmoved.
