I'm not sure if anyone at all will find these useful or not, but I'll be posting random codes I find here using cheat engine's search function, it will be for multiple versions of the game PC included if I can remember where to get the PC version. I figure since lvtion opened a MML2 code sharing thread I may as well open one for MML1.
To use these codes add the address manually in cheat engine after selecting the proper exe. I use cheat engine 6.4 but that hopefully shouldn't affect it too badly.
PS1 Cheat Engine Codes : EPSXE 1.9.25
Boss codes : Mostly useless but someone might like them.
Megaman Legends has only ever had 3 bosses on screen at one time. Warning may also affect random reaverbots. (It's always nice running into an immortal Sharukurusu good for the soul I tell you. )
Buster/Special Weapon codes :
Buster Attack : ePSXe.exe+740D4C 1 byte
Buster Range : ePSXe.exe+740D4E 1 byte
Buster Energy : ePSXe.exe+740D4D 1 byte
Buster Rapid : ePSXe.exe+740D4F 1 byte
Status Codes : things such as weapon energy and max life.
Trigger's Current HP : ePSXe.exe+7408BE 2 bytes
Trigger's Max HP : ePSXe.exe+740900 2 bytes
Setting his max hp to 512 yields craziness such as this.

Game Mechanic codes : Alters things like jumping and hit states.
No Recoil code : ePSXe.exe+740960 1 byte Setting this to 0 makes the game insanely difficult.
Strange jumping code : ePSXe.exe+7408C3 2 bytes
This code does more than I initially thought by changing its value.
256 = Air Walk (Simply run off a cliff to see the effects)
512 = Eternal falling
64 = spazz out
N64 Cheat engine codes : Project64 2.1
Pending...
PC Cheat Engine Codes :
Pending...
Over time I'll update this thread with new codes, as well as delve into more complex ones eventually. Basically more than just modifying life bars.
