Hey sorry to worry you guys like that! I actually have been doing them in advance and they are all done now! Sorry GDProtoman! I actually had to get up this morning and take my grandma to a doctor's appointment 3 hours away in Little Rock! She was going to drive herself but she felt woosy this morning. All's well!
The images are all uploaded and I will post them tonight at 8:30 central. The alt text versions will be released tomorrow!
I want to thank everyone for participating in the contest and for thanking me for doing it! It really is no big deal. I really really want Red Ash so I am more than willing to put up the cash!
And please if you can afford to donate to the kickstarter do it! And if you can afford to donate more than you already have!
The Grand Total of entries is 62, including mine! That means we have reached the Gofer Delivery Level and I will be donating $310 in the winners name! So be sure to vote on your 3 favorites when I post the captions tonight!
I had so many people telling me that they didn't think they would win but that the Red Ash donation was the most important part. I would like to say that every single one of these 62 entries were unique! To think that 62 people could look at an image and come up with a 62 different captions!
Even the captions that share certain themes all went about it a different way! It is going to be very hard to select your 3 favorite, and I ask you to please read every caption! Thank you! I'll see you tonight!

Nice point about the uniqueness of each caption.
I'll be eagerly awaiting the alt text versions. I'm very curious to know what everyone else has come up with!

While I think that would help get people off the fence I just worry about the horrible wrath of the internet kicking in. I'm sure that the new line will be "Well obviously he's lying for some reason. He wants to steal from all the backers for...reasons. Oh and after he's done robbing us he'll use the proceeds to go on a world wide orphanage burning spree!" Sorry, I've seen a lot of negativity so far. It's wearing me down just a little. Yeah, I've seen it too. AlphaOmegaSin apparently got into at Twitter fight over it that wore him out. I wake up every day thankful that none of that crap's going on here on MMLS...knock on wood. Don't let it get to you. I was getting pretty worn down by it too, but don't let it get to you. Together we can all make sure this game + anime sees fruition. For every negative thing we see, we'll just find something positive to spread : ) |

Thanks for bearing with me everybody! It has been a much busier day at the Loken household then I would have expected last week. Unfortunately we only have 61 entries because one contestant sent me his picture already captioned and for some reason the link doesn't work. He hasn't got back to me with the text of his entry so I can't include it. I will honor the $5 though! So please review these rules and vote away! I like the "they say crime doesn't pay" one, the "REFRACT" one, and a few others, but basically, the captions about RED ASH overshadowed them  . I guess I'll go with: 11.
