Excited about this! I'm going to buy it again myself as soon I get a dead period to play it one more. I also convinced one of my friends to buy it, so maybe that's a step to putting my karma back on track. :Y

Well, the PSP store shutdown was only for Europe, Oceania, Asia and Africa. You can still purchase games in the North American and Japanese stores, or via the web store or PS3, then download them by turning on your PSP and going to PSN > Account Management > Transaction Management > Download List. Ah, okay. Thank you for the explanation! I'll be trying to buy the game soon, probably this weekend.

As for sales records, I doubt we will see any. They are not required to release figures for online game sales and most companies don't unless its like super high figures. But Capcom for some reason has decided that releasing MoTB is worth doing. Possibly more about MvCapcom than MML. I don't really know if this will have any impact on future MM game releases at all, but between this and the games on the Wii U, they've really been pumping out the ports lately. If anything else, this is a small victory for the fanbase. 90% of fans just got a 'new' MM game to play with, and it feels like the first bone they've tossed us in a while. Anywho, now that I have some free time, I'm planning to sink my teeth into this game. Could be some inspiration for some future articles too!

Yes! I did it! I registered on the site from my computer and bought the game from there. The Brazilian credit card worked, and everything went fine. Actually, the hardest part was to download the game into my PSP. I was unable to make my PSP connect to the Internet. I checked the settings several times, and even went to my router's settings and configured a static IP for the PSP (doing this for my 3DS had solved my problem when Pokemon White 2 had been having trouble to connect), but it didn't work. I read that it was possible to transfer games from the PC to the PSP without connecting the PSP to the Internet. For this, I'd need Sony's MediaGo software. My main operating system is Linux, but the software is for Windows, obviously, so I had to install it to my Windows partition (no idea if it would work on Wine). After I logged in to the PSN store, MediaGo downloaded the game I had bought, and all that was left was to send it to my PSP. I thought it would be as simple as plugging the PSP to the PC via USB and choosing a few options inside MediaGo to transfer the game. But no. Guess what? Windows 7 failed to recognize my PSP! It should have detected it as a USB mass storage device without the need for installing drivers or anything (Linux recognizes it with no problems), but Windows gave an error saying something like "USB device not recognized." I googled the problem. Some people suggested using another cable or another PC, and people who had managed to solve the problem just said that the solution was simply to plug the PSP into a different USB port (what? ) But I tried all ports on my computer and the result was the same: USB device not recognized. If I didn't manage to get it to work no matter what, I'd try to run MediaGo on Wine, since Linux recognizes the PSP normally. I don't know if MediaGo works on Wine, so it would be my last resort. Luckily, I didn't need to get to that point. From the suggestions about using another cable or PC, it sounded like it could be a hardware issue. I don't have another PSP USB cable to test, but I had a weird idea. I don't know why I decided to try this. I retrieved a USB extension cable that came with one of those generic MP3 players, and connected it to my PSP's cable. And surprisingly, it worked! Windows recognized the PSP as a storage device, and it also appeared on MediaGo's interface. (go figure!) Then, MediaGo warned me that the PSP's firmware was outdated and downloaded an update to my PSP. I opened the file from the PSP and installed the update. I plugged the PSP to the PC again (with the cable connected to the generic MP3 player's USB cable), chose MoTB in MediaGo and it sent the game to my PSP! Finally! I didn't have time to play it yet, but it's finally here! Phew, this was hard... Maybe even harder than saving Teisel from Loath! Now I want 2 million zenny for all this trouble.

I hate when stuff like that happens Aiyumi but I know how satisfying it feels to solve those problems after googling for a while. I've actually played MoTb on an emulator before, illegally since I don't own a physical copy of the game, I feel really bad about it, but now I may have the chance to redeem myself and play it legally, anyone knows if its possible to buy it via Mexican credit cards? I may finally have a solid excuse to buy myself a ps3. (besides the hd versions of okami and ffx2 and some One Piece games)

anyone knows if its possible to buy it via Mexican credit cards? Is there a Mexican version of the PSN Store? If not, you could probably buy from the US store if your credit card can make international purchases. The issue with Brazilian credit cards is when the prices are displayed in one currency but charged in another, which results in a lot of currency (re)conversions and might make the final price become way different than what it was supposed to be. Apparently most of the banks here received too many complaints about this, and since the end of 2013, they stopped allowing this kind of transactions. The Brazilian PSN store already seems to have adapted to the new rules and solved this problem (or else I wouldn't have been able to buy from there) and now accepts payments in Reals (Brazil's currency), but the 3DS's eShop for example, displays the prices in Reals but charges in US Dollars, and most people (myself included) can't buy from it because the major banks don't let the transactions go through.

Has anyone tried playing this on the vita? My brother is finding that the default controls are especially difficult to use, seeing as, to fire beacon bombs, he essentially has to use the directional buttons, square, and the top right corner of the touch screen face all at the same time. It's not so bad while fighting the slow starting guys like early reaverbots but is probably going to be a mess in later levels.
I thought I'd heard of a work around to remap the controls, but I don't know of any way to remap that top right touch screen "button." Does anyone have any tips?

I hope this makes it to the UK PSN store, though I do have a copy of the original game would be nice to support its digital release and would allow fans to get it far cheaper than £40+ ^^'
