I finally got from a friend Megaman Legends 1 for the PC
But the keys are really confusing, MML2 was really fun on PS Dualshock Controller.
Since I don't have a controller for pc, can anyone recommend keys that are convinent using since I can't even go through the first fight with the Bonnes with these keys set =.=

Before any good keyboard control scheme I'd recommend getting a PC controller. Or, you might have some luck finding an adapter that would allow you to plug in a Playstation controller, too. That would seem the most natural. Did the job for me for years. It makes everything so much easier. As keyboards go, I can't really say I'm any expert on this keyboard stuff(been using my Playstation controller for like four years, and now I use a Wireless Xbox360 controller), but I like to have them somewhere I can easily tell what's what. So, Q→L2 W→L1 E→R1 R→R2 | | S→Sqaure D→Triangle X→X C→Circle | QWER SD XC |
On the right shows the key's position on the keyboard. Up Down Left and Right on the arrow keys(↑,↓,←,→). Start and Select on Enter and probably Shift. Once again, I can't emphasize the usefulness of a good controller, though. You might need some program like JoytoKey to use it well, but that's pretty easy to get and setup anyway. Also, the first Bonne fight on Manda gets a lot of people, so don't feel too bad about that.

Thanks I'll try these out and just edit around to what feels more like it, since weekend is already closing upon me I'll search for an adapter/controller next week. =]

Here's one you might consider. I picked up the base from THPS3 for the PC, and just modified it slightly. Takes some getting used to...
W, A, S, D = Up, Left, Down, Right (respectively) NumPad 2, 4, 6, 8 = X, O, Square, Triangle (respectively) NumPad 7, 9, 1, 3 = L2, R2, L1, R1 (respectively) Right Shift = Start (The Key Immediately Left Of The Right Shift) = Select
How this works is your left hand will be over WASD (of course) Your right hand's thumb will be on Num2, your index finger on 4, middle finger on 8 and your ring finger on 6. Your pinky will be dangling over the Enter key on the pad. When you want R1 or L1, you use your thumb, index, or ring to hit it (depending on what button combination you want). When you want R2 or L2, you use your middle, index, or ring to hit it (depending on above).
You can swap Num 2 for X with Num Zero, depending on your keyboard, of course, as it might be more comfortable on your thumb, but this may impair your access to R1 and L1 with your thumb.
It's a bit complex, and will wear down the side of your thumb, but I've found it's pretty good and comfortable once you get used to it.
The benefit to this setup is that your left hand remains the hand you control movement with, and your right hand still controls the main actions.

^^ Works good so far, now I'm stuck in Defend City Hall! mission because It's difficult to aim the flying guys , unlike MML2 you can't run and autolock , or I just dont know how to xD

Nope, you're right. You can't auto-lock and run at the same time. Usually I just stand still until they're like RIGHT overhead, and then I run, but that's just me. They typically miss unless they're directly on top of you.
