(I have posted this thread elsewhere before, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to bring it here as well. So, enjoy.)
There's lot of Personality Tests out there, many which are very muddled and inaccurate. Some time ago however I came across a particular theoretical test that gives a pretty good personal insight on things. Its based on what they call the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator . Ive used several websites that have a test that goes by the theory, but this one which I'll show bellow seems best. Plus you get a 2nd free test which also gives a little more insight to your supposed personality type. Yes, you do have tor register on the site to take both tests, but its not harmful. You can register here and take the test. When your done, share your results here, and discuss. You can also find a bit of extra info on each personality type here. And as for my results... Details of my results. After you take the test and share your results...discuss the following: Do you feel the results are accurate? Did you learn something new of yourself? If so, will it make you think differently of yourself now that you know a little more? Feel free to add more questions and other things to this discussion. I'm highly curious of what other personality's we have here...!

I actually took this test twice last year just to see how things would work out. I do believe they were accurate, but I will take it again when I have a bit more time. For those curious on my past results...
February 2012: I wound up being the ISFJ type. 89% Introverted / 12% Sensing / 38% Feeling / 1% Judging
March 2012: I decided to retake the test and wound up getting ISTJ. The first two categories were nearly the exact same scores. Seems like the only one I switch on is Feeling and Thinking, and that seems to be the one that most reflects your current mood.

Just curious, but where did you take your test before? I used several sites with same results, but the one I used in my post seemed most balanced and accurate.

I was bored and tired, so I decided to take the test. I'm too tired to make a good opinion about this. The only thing that comes to mind is that I expected to have higher percentages in the musical department. EDIT: I re-did the first test. There are some small percentage changes, but no major change.

Right. There. I gave your little test a whirl, Zero. Not really a fan of these things, or IQ tests, but hey, fun's fun. Here's hoping that I'm not the only 'extraverted' person on MMLS.

Added a poll, drop in your results into it if you wish.

I took this one in school and wound up as XNTJ (equal parts I and E) that time, but this one's putting me very clearly in the ENTJ camp. It even puts me as more "extraverted" than Kyle. Probably to their lack of the term "loud parties." While I really like interacting with people, I'd rather do it in a spot where I can hear what I'm trying to say. Or what they're trying to say, for that matter. I'm actually surprised there aren't more INTJs around here. Usually on internet forums that type shows up a lot.

Well hey, at least now every time someone questions my leadership I can just link 'em to this thing.

INTJ's prefer being in the background usually...In other words, most of us are likely to just skim a forum and read it rather than register or login on it right away. Observing > Talking sometimes. That's how I feel at least.

I've always seen typing online and actually being in a room with a bunch of people as two totally different ball games. Like the difference between sending an email and calling someone. I actually like sending email better, because you can't draft a phone call and really think about what you're going to send before you send it.

I prefer the phone call. It feels more personal and easy-going. If you make a mistake on an email, you'd just correct it with a few keystrokes. With a phone conversation, you can usually have the joy of laughing it off with the other person.

Quoting from Dashe (because the quote feature is broken at the moment...): " I've always seen typing online and actually being in a room with a bunch of people as two totally different ball games. Like the difference between sending an email and calling someone. I actually like sending email better, because you can't draft a phone call and really think about what you're going to send before you send it."
This is highly valid. I think its easy to say that most INTJ's speak better online than they do in person. It's always applied to me, as I am able to process my words out better in text than by mouth. But I'm usually the quiet one in person unless speaking is necessary, so...self explanatory I guess.
And as for INTJ's gathering...thats not uncommon I think. I have a single friend who's an INTJ too. You get a unique experience when you communicate with someone of your same personality structure. So many seek for that I wouldn't doubt. I think the same could be said for other personality types, too.
