Long time no talk!
Anyway, does anyone recommend a program that will enable me to access the .BIN files from the Legends PS port?

You don't need a program..you could just insert the cd into the CD drive and explore its folders. Simple as that, unless thats not what you meant.

those BIN files are encrypted. Veiwing them in like, notepad wont work, because BIN files are very common. They could be anything. You would need to fing a program that creates PSX games. That would be terribly hard to do since those programs are outdated and would not be for on shelfves. You might need to find the exact program that was used to make MML1! An idea is to find a (very expensive) PS2 program writer and hope/find out if it works with PSX games, which I dont think so. You might want to try Ebay. Of course, I know very little, so try talking to those in charge of MML2 expansion game. They might know a thing or two.
