You could pose it with the full scale model later for the cuteness! I don't think reavers have babys but there are the large and small fish reavers in Nino so who knows!

I, am VERY HAPPY to say that the 1/8 scale Pepakura Arukoitan Model has been completed. The photos below are what I got so far! From here on I will begin analyzing and measuring out each piece so I can replicate the sizes correctly to a full scale. Though I will be paying close attention to the 'Official Artwork' of the Arukoitan due to the fact that the PlayStation back in the day couldn't replicate all of the dynamic shapes correctly because of how little polygons the characters could have in the game. So some parts need to be subtracted or resized for accuracy. Like the feet. They are maybe just a tincy wincy bit to big if you compare it to the official artwork. So I will be a busy bee on the quadrill pads drawing up the prints, haha! I'll post some photos of the planned prints once I get some good progress in them but I'm not gonna lie when I say there won't be any more WOW'ing photos anytime soon for this project even though I am completely open to peoples questions and comments. That looks pretty slick as-is. When you make the full model will you have the pointy polygon edges or will they be smoother?
Also is your shirt suggesting that we are idiots and you are keeping us busy? ;D

The full scale will be made with the smoothed edges and detail from the Official Artwork. So every joint that u see in it will be replicated as best as I can into the full scale Reaverbot. If I'm really eager to do some wear and tear on it. I'll add effects of rust and oil slightly leaking from joints and such. I want to make this thing look like it jumped out of your television and became something actually real. A big way of inspiration I give myself to completing this project is I want to place the finished piece out in my backyard at night. Have the red eye very dim but illuminating a red glow and take some good photos of it. As for my shirt though. Haha, it is one of my favorite shirts. I would never call you guys idiots though But on the back of the shirt it says the EXACT same phrase but says "See Front Of Shirt" :25:

Holy shit, dude! That is amazing! Damn fine job. I'll be squirming waiting for more progress photos. XD
Also, it would be awesome if you could bring the finished version out into an abandoned factory or something. Somewhere enclosed with lots of rust and machinery. Though, I guess that would require a truck to move, hahah.

You're welcome! This is gonna look awesome when it's done!
I'm with Foetus on getting some decent location shots for that, if you've got any nearby. Especially if the light doesn't depend on a power cord. That'd look pretty sweet.

Actually you bring up a very good point, Mr. Foetus. The transportation of this thing is gonna be VERY difficult. Which makes the build of this thing all the more complicated because I would like to be able to transport it. I'm designing underneath the main foam body of it to have a PVC skeleton. Which will provide assembly and disassembly of the Reaverbot. The legs will simply slide into the main cylinder body and lock in place. Meanwhile the head will also fit with a pole going into the body. So in total the breakdown of it will be 4 pieces.

That's an awesome shirt! One of my best friends back in high school named Chloe had the exact same sort of shirt, and I was always amused when she wore it. Chloe was awesome. Pretty good Arukoitan progress too. It's gonna be neat to see the fullsize version. Come to think of it, what would the Arukoitan put your number of Legends Life-Sized Crafts at, including the special weapons?

The Active Buster quickly got put on the back burner due to needing to complete other projects for upcoming conventions I needed to present at. But I'm sure I will revisit the Active Buster at a later time. Though I think I will want to take my own perspective on that gun.

Alright guys I know it has been some time. Work has been keeping me for around 50 hours a week and I've had a lot of other garbage going on in my life at the moment. BUT I have a picture to show you just so you know this project is still in forward motion and not showing any signs of slowing down! I couldn't help but smile as I continued designing the blue-prints for this build because it turned out to be pretty easy!

Hey guys and girls I have a huge favor to ask of all of you. I was on my girlfriends laptop and was playing some mega man legends to get a closer look at some of the details of the arukoitan... Well I ran into the two that are in a nearby room after you rescue the junk man from the snakes. Couldn't help but notice the size difference in them to what I had done the original scale measurements to. The reason I'm asking a favor is because after I exit the ruins.. The game is refusing to not freeze after I leave the ruins. I'm stuck and cannot complete the game to the sub cities which is where all oft reference pictures are.
I'm not sure if everyone knows. But the arukoitans are dead and won't move when u destroy the orudakoitans. Well if u destroy their command center partner first, their heads will just spin and they won't attack. My favor to ask to someone out there that is a life saver towards making this project continue. Is to someone that can get an in-game screen shot of megaman standing DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH the arukoitan after you destroy the orudakoitans. If someone can do this to one in the optional ruins as well as the old city sub city. That would be completely totally super amazingly freakin awesome!

If you help me with this, your service will be rewarded!!!

Is a crappy picture of my TV good enough? I havn't got my emulator working just right yet so the best I could do is to reach that area on my PS1 and snap a picture for you.
