If you havn't seen this anywhere yet give it a listen! I think it's really great, especially towards the middle! We get a lot of covers of this song but this one is pretty dang great. I wish great success to their album.
Enjoys!
EDIT: I messed up the youtube thing, should be fixed now

I gave it a listen. Not exactly my favorite musical genre, but it's always nice to see Legends get a musical nod all the same.

Especially since this is a marketed product. I'm not typically a fan of this type of music either but I think it does greatjustice to the song. I would have preferred a cover of the Main Gate, Sad Teisel Bonne, or Theodore Bruno but anythings good really. Legends definitely needs all the publicity it can get!

I kept thinking that Main Gate would've fit the album's style better! Sometimes I wonder why they keep going back to Flutter vs. Gesellschaft. I mean, it's good, but it's not significantly better than some of the other stuff in there. Guess TvC made a pretty strong impression on the music department, eh? ...Actually, what if Tatsunoko vs. Capcom was the only glimpse of Legends that these musicians even have? That would explain EVERYTHING!

I think FvG does a good job of representing the series but I hate that so many other great songs are looked over. Honestly the one song I think of when Legends music brought up is 'we are the 3 bonne bros'. To be fair though there are a large amount of Flutter theme covers as well.

It's a shame they did the same song again as they did on the first We Are Rock-Men album, but I did wind up liking this new version a bit more.
Also, does anyone else think that the guys and gals that make these albums are contractually obligated to do a remix of Wily 1 from Mega Man 2 at some point? It shows up on just about every remix album nowadays.

(EDIT: Bean beat me this time.) I think FvG does a good job of representing the series but I hate that so many other great songs are looked over. What's truly frustrating about this cover is that the ROCK-MEN already covered this song on their first album.. EMBED;default;ws;yt;W35ZlPyQgXk Not only did they look over the other great songs in the Rockman DASH soundtrack, they looked them over in favor of doing Flutter Vs. Gesellschaft again. (And in my opinion, their first cover was better.) So that was kind of frustrating. Especially considering their otherwise pretty characteristic favoring of esoteric tracks from the series, it's surprising they'd go for such an overrated over-played tune two times in a row. Maybe “We are ROCK-MEN! 3” will have more than just one Legends track, to make up for it. But of course, it isn't all about MegaMan Legends; it's not all even about MegaMan, really. There's quite a few good non-Legends tracks on this album and it's predecessor, and three completely original tracks between both albums (two of which have alternate versions). Both albums are pretty cool. I've been jamming to the original “We are ROCK-MEN!” since it came out last year, and I listened to “We are ROCK-MEN! 2” today first thing in the morning after it dropped. :44: Great stuff if you're into video game music, rock music, and rock covers of video game music.

I think the problem with FvG is that it's used as a character theme in so many crossover games that players (like myself) who only discovered the Legends series through said crossovers immediately put two and two together. Whenever I think of Legends, the first theme that pops into my head is FvG all because of those crossovers. It's easily the most recognizable too, no matter what genre you mix it into.
All in all I love hearing the FvG tune get remixed in various ways, but I'd love to see the other iconic themes (like Nakkai Desert!) from the series get the same treatment. Though in truth this is instantly a better remix than the last ROCK-MEN cover.

Oh, ROCK-MEN was that album I listened to for the TMMN podcast, wasn't it? Yeah, now I remember. I'm not sure which cover I liked better, because after hearing Armand play it on the saxophone I keep wanted to hear a real no-holds-barred jazz version.

It was a pretty good album outside of the overdone Wily 1 (MM2) song thing I mentioned earlier. The four original tracks were decent, and I don't think any song overstayed its welcome like a couple did in the first WARM album.

That's "SketchMan3". Capital S, capital M and the number 3. It's official (nicknames are ok, though)

As much as Wily 1 is overdone and I get tired of it being done, I still enjoy listening to any good remixes of it that come about, haha. Just not back to back. Edit: Yeah, the Wily 1 remix is top-knotch this time around. I love the originality and it not being simply just straight-ahead rock the whole time through that most remixes turn out to be. Ladies and Gentlemen, don't let the 1000s of previous remixes keep you from realizing how good this one is. If it's true, I'm glad they're contractually obligated to remix Wily 1, because otherwise that awesome remix would not have been made. My favorite by far. I've been trying to go through the tracks in order, so I haven't listened to this one yet. Track 1 didn't really get me hyped on this "WARM 2" as it did on "WARM 1", and my impression of the following couple of tracks is reflected in that. Just doesn't feel as compelling as the first one did. Rare for something Megaman related, eh? haha Maybe it's because most of these tracks are not ones that I connected with originally. I'm a bit disappointed there's no X8, MM8, or MMZ representation. Snakeman was a waste, imo, and so were the original bonus tracks and Xover theme. FvG seems to be getting the Wily 1(MM2) treatment. I haven't heard all the other remixes of it in depth, so for me this is pretty fresh. Lovin' on that Rockman.exe title theme, dawg. Nnnngh... Edit: 1 track away from FvG Final Edit: Yeah. This remix is not really my thing. Not my style. I still think it's good, I just don't much like it. And the bonus original tracks are actually pretty cool.
