Nope, I just wanted to shot her but that's just me. OK no I didn't.
I liked Ira. I don't see why everybody hates her besides her voice but I thought I fit her very well. A little girl with a high-pitched voice.
If Ira does pop up in Legends 3, I hope she is a digger by then. Maybe you could go on a dig with her like "you" promised her on Kattalox.
For hating character... I can't say I hate any of they characters. The curator was ingrateful for the stuff you were giving. She didn't even give you anything back for all of those artifacts.

I didn't really see her voice as being high. It was more like a middle-aged woman trying to sound like a kid. Most of my dislike of Ira came from a sort of, "Aww man, I could do SOOOOO much better with her voice!!!" than a dislike of her personality. As I said before, the only person whose personality I really dislike is Roll's, but that's a story for another day. Honestly though, does "again" really rhyme with "insane?" I've never heard it pronounced that way. Ever.

The vo for Ira was probably Candian. They do pronounce some words differently then in American for ex "about is aboot"

Okay. I happened to notice that people don't really hate these characters. So pretend that instead of it saying the one you hate most, it is the one you like least. Yes, there is a museum. It's a very nice museum. There are lots of neat pictures there. As for my most hated character...why wasn't Roll an option? She was probably one of the most ungrateful, annoying characters in the entire game! "Do you see a door, Mega Man?" Duh. She promises you an apricot pie, and then doesn't deliver. Her transmission apparently "short-circuits" at extremely inconvenient moments...the list goes on and on. But since she wasn't an option, I chose Ira, mainly for her annoying voice. Yep, it was so lousy it practically ruined the character for me. Then again, that stuff just kind of...matters to me... If you read the title, it says out of all the characters BESIDES the Caskett and Bonne families.

And, while the door thing is a possible point, my inherit Roll-fanishness must at least correct you on the point that there isn't really any need to show Megaman eating the apricot pie. I imagine he almost certainly got it in an off-screen unimportant event. >_<
Speaking of annoying characters... I guess Appo and Dah were pretty interesting, but there's a limit to how many times I can take "Ovah heah" and "This way".

Don't forget there screming when they get hit...ah-ahh or something like that. I like it's funny.
Mayor Amila seems somewhat grateful for the donations you give her but she doesn't give you anything in return. No parts, cash, nothing. Then again she is one of the those higher-ups that don't have to give you credit for everything but she did that.

The vo for Ira was probably Candian. They do pronounce some words differently then in American for ex "about is aboot" Canadian's don't say aboot. I've lived here all my life and not once have I heard a Canadian pronounce it that way. I've heard some accents from different places, but still no aboot (I'm not saying it's not s possibility, though, as it's a possibility in any country that a few people might say a word differently). >_> Has anyone who believes in that stereotype actually met a Canadian in real life who pronounces it that way? I know TV actors have said aboot, but if I believed all the accents/mispronounced words I've heard on TV.....
I thought the curator was very grateful, she just didn't personally give out any "reward" for helping her, which wasn't needed since you get an item from that girl anyway. I don't really know what the curator could have given you though, except free access to the museum (it seemed like everyone got in free anyway, so that wouldn't have been a reward), or a painting, or a hug? Besides, you don't have to help her if you don't want to, it's a voluntary thing, you just won't get the shining laser if you don't help.

I was wondering how to get that weapon... How much of this game have you played? (not to be rude or anything.)

My aunt is from Canada. Both her and her parnets say 'aboot.' Which I find very funny. Also some stereotype's are true but I'll not go into that.
I don't think Corey said 'aboot' but it some points of the game you do kind of hear where he is trying to hold back his accent.
Now for hating on people...the bankers. They wouldn't let me go in the safe.

I'll have to agree with rage somewhat, although I live in Quebec, I still here plenty of English speaking people, and although I don't here 'aboot' very often, I can still tell there's an accent there. You can tell that Corey Sevier has a sort of accent, as Rage so kindly pointed out. Ira too sounds somewhat Canadian.
As for the topic in question...Well I'd have to say the curator again, there's not really anyone else that displeased and/or annoyed me the way she did.

I guess the funny thing about the curator is the instances where she says the item is not that great, and then piles on the gratitude after you decide to give it to her. For instance, when you give her a few items, she kind of makes up a name for it and says, "It's not much, but I could display it here if you want," or something to that effect. Then when she gets it, she acts like you've given her the hope diamond. Still, I like the curator well enough.
You know what? It's hard for me to think of any Legends characters I didn't fully enjoy. I guess the first to come to mind is one of the girls in town who seems to be act like she'd die if you never came back, even though you've probably known her for no time at all.

The curator is two faced. When you give her stuff she's happy but when you don't give her stuff...well she yells at you.
I just remember the hip-bone (??) lady. Does anybody hate her or the guy who stares at the mirror all day.

It's HipBone. xD
The guy in Tailor Chino's was an arrogant jack @ss(hypocrite? Me? No, I'm too awesome for that..). It didn't really matter though, because the mirror in HipBone was available for your personal use. What bothered me was that the girl in HipBone asks you if you think she'd look good in that purple dress, but you never get to see her in it. >_<
