Some, EXE fans. Most of us though 5 was boing, 4 was glitchy (I enjoyed it), and 6 was good. I liked the new sprites, no obnoxious mini-games, and awsome abilities.

I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean.. 4 was absolutely terrible, there wasn't even a plot it was all just random trashy scenarios. I haven't even played 5, but six seemed okay. 4 ,5, and 6 have come and gone, what bothers me is this new continuation of the EXE series. That's what I meant by New EXE.. Some fans of the series don't like that idea at all.

I seriously doubt that. Games are expensive to make. They are not going to spend a lot of money on a game they will never release. And I seriously doubt it is the type of game you are thinking of. Believe it or not, programmers like to do fun pet projects for themselves. If there is such a game, it would be like a graphics demo or a room to test programing codes. The thing about Mr Driller was that it was originally going to be Dig Dug 3, but it was scraped by the production lead. The programmers just took the already made stuff and tricked it out (for years, since they did have other projects that were meant for sell to work on) for their own enjoyment. Finding that most of Studio 2's games are sprite-based, if some environment/system concept didn't work at one time but works later on, they could easily change the sprites to make a different game than intended. Sorry for breaking your pessimistic outlook with a hope.

Yes, I remember watching something on G4 about the development team who made Psyconauts. They said if it didn't make it out the, they would finish it anyway. Ok, that resemble. Maybe CPS2 is working on Dash 3 for fun. We don't know that. Unless we have someone here working for or with them. Legends is a 3d game remember. I probably misunderstood that. Just tell me if I did. Nay, I should thank you.

Legends is a 3d game remember. I probably misunderstood that. Just tell me if I did. I don't know if you misunderstand me, but I did notice I did explain myself fully. ^^; I kinda meant S2 has been mainly/lately creating 2D sprite based games. If they ever do make anything Megaman Legends in the future, it would maybe lean towards being a 2D game. That wouldn't be all that bad, I guess. The cell phone games in Japan shows that Legends isn't afraid to be made into 2D portable games. No, I was rude to you. I was/am speculating on a project that may not even exist. It is, after all, a hope not fact that they are like the Namco programmers. I'm sorry. ^^;

You know, I've thought of something..... Legends is the only 3D megaman game around except for X7, to my knowledge. But think about it. If the X series carry on, with Sigma dead and all, will they keep making their games in 2D. Sure, X7 didn't work, but already people are starting to get tired of the same 2D gameplay of the X series. How long can they go on? I'm just saying, is all..... Paractically every Magaman game has been in 2D. Well, the BN series have a sort of isometric view but that's not really 3D, at least I don't think it is. My point is, Megaman might be known to be a 2D side-scroller, but don't you think Capcom's stretching it a bit. How many X games will there be? Plus, with the new generation consoles coming up, companys will demand more from their games, will they still make a 2D Megaman game with a 3D Megaman model? That's up to them, but maybe it's time they took a step in another direction.

Legends is a 3d game remember. I probably misunderstood that. Just tell me if I did. I know they have been doing 2d games but don't you think that would be a step back for dash series. For example, YAY! We finally got a Dash 3..wait what...it's 2d. I"m not saying it would be a bad game if it was in 2d but why have it when originally it's a 3d game. That like making Halo 3 for the 360 a 2d game, it just would not make sense. Remember those are cell phone games, they can't handle 3d graphics like a PS2 or even a DS. If a new Dash game was released for the handhelds and it's 2d. I would probably accept that..maybe but it's release for the console and it's 2d that's Capcoms own stupid mistake.
