I actually wasn't expecting the page to reach 100,000 likes so soon. But just this afternoon I open my 3DS' internet browser and was like "holy crap! 102,037 likes!" I immediately had to go to my computer and celebrate with everyone. While also sharing CapKobun's message with the Capcom-Unity Japan page and tweeting it around too. But of course, this doesn't mean Capcom will automatically uncancel Legends 3 because we got over 100K likes. So we need to do even more to inspire them to revive it already. Like remind everyone about the grand master plan and get more people signing on the official petition thread. UPDATE: Destructoid gave us another shout out! Although their comments section is coded weird and can't allow more than one link.

I've recently posted on Capcom Unity's forums in a thread about the 100,000 strong movement. I'm the first post on Page 8 there, but the gist of things was that I'm happy for the cause, and now it's time to hear for a response from Capcom of Japan. They can't rely on "lack of fan support" as an excuse anymore. I also made sure to thank the Capcom Unity staff for keeping the Devroom open. Had they have closed it up like the Japanese branch did, that would have been a terrible move. Glad it wasn't.

I think it's exciting that the group finally reached 100k! Even if the number doesn't impact anything at all, or even if a lot of those likes may not be from actual fans (but I'm sure are lot were from fans), I found it heartwarming to see all the work and dedication they put into reaching that goal.

And to think we're still getting likes, surpassing our own expectations feels unbelievably great =]

Wow, I am so happy that the Facebook group had reached 100k. That's wonderful to hear. Now, let's hold thumb and hope that something will come out of this.

We're so not doing a 200,000 movement reason why not;
.We'd have to start over .The Facebook movement page can't be re-named .As much as we reached our goal in the end with a bursting amount of likes, that burst has slowed down, (how many mega man fans do you think there are? Lol) and would take about another near 8-12 months.
Just stick to the one movement and go with whatever amount of people we got down, think of it as racking up points without starting a new game. xD

That's "SketchMan3". Capital S, capital M and the number 3. It's official (nicknames are ok, though)

Or it could simply be an unofficial goal to reach 200,000 likes, with a simple change to the banner picture displayed on the top of the GetMeOffTheMoon page, stating the new goal, without having to actually make a new page or anything. Just a simple thought.

Read it and weep. I wish it could be that simple, but I knew deep down it wasn't. I'm glad that there's people out there that like what they see and care enough to click the "Like" button, but that's all there is to that side. :17: Long as the word keeps getting spread around, that's all I really care about. People need to know. It doesn't necessarily have to revive Legends 3 immediately; I'd be surprised if it did. But... yeah. CJapan's still hiding, it seems.

Not a surprise, but at least they finally acknowledged the accomplishment publicly. Still, Mega Man's 25th anniversary is coming up in December. Are they really not going to have anything ready to celebrate the occasion?
