The worst movie I have ever seen in my entire life, has to be Looney Toons:Back In Action.
I thought that movie was gonna be awesome, because I'm a fan of Brendan Frazer and an even huger fan of Goldberg. (being a die-hard wrestling fanatic.) And I liked Space Jam.
But what I saw was inexcusable. While the production was good, the writing was as slap-dash as you can get, the direction was null in void, the continuity of the characters was all screwed up, and Steve Martin's character was just unbearable. I couldn't watch a Steve Martin movie or skit or even look at his face without being reminded of his annoying character.
I want my money back, and I didn't even see it in theaters.

Red tails.
I feel like all the actors and writers should personally go up to the still surviving tuskegee airmen and apologize for turning them into horrible stereotypes and misinterpreting the segregation and discrimination in the army.
Also, the german Luftwaffe pilot antagonist was completely underdeveloped and unnecessary and generalized the entire nazi army.

I had seen quite a lot of bad movies in my life, but what really stood out would have to be Lady in the Water.
I had heard horrible things about the movie, but I had thought that it was simply critics being too harsh. So, when it was on a movie channel, I decided to watch it.
What a waste of time. It's a confusing, horrible movie. I fully understood what the critics meant. I usually try and find good things from a bad movie, but there wasn't any.
Special mention would have to go to Mr. Bones and Mr. Bones 2. Leon Schuster's known for making movies that have a bit of Candid-Camera-like comedy in them when not making his series. They're usually funny. Now, Mr. Bones is just full of crude toilet humour. C'mon, he can do so much better than that :/

I've seen plenty of meh-worthy movies, but none were almost physically painful to watch to completion, especially to the extent of Beerfest.
I do have a certain appreciation for the apologetically vulgar, and I enjoy juvenile humor, but Beerfest has a special blend of cornball writing littered with not-so-clever jokes, and the heavy-handed parody of cliches actually hurt the experience more than helped it.
Can't remember what possessed me to see the whole thing through. Never will again!

I'm pretty sure most of the Z-Movie Night picks qualify, but I've yet to see one quite as genuinely bad as "The Room." There's a reason that flick is legendary for being awful.

I'd say the top of my terrible list would be Monster a Go-Go. There are terrible movies that you can at least sit through and laugh at, then there are terrible movies that suck the life out of you the longer you watch it. Monster a Go-Go falls into the latter category, and I watched the entire thing...in a sort of vegetable state. The Room? Brilliantly terrible. Manos: The Hands of Fate? Excitingly horrible. Monster a Go-Go? Scarred for life.

... No one has mentioned... Troll 2??? Odin's sweaty armpit... Okayokayokay okay.. OKAY... Troll 2, made by an Italian film team, with a poorly translated script by a cast of pic-ups in some small Utah town. there are NO trolls in this movie, it's about goblins, and there is also NO Troll 1...
