Tabor: Right behind you! (Finally! And for real this time! ...Hopefully.)
---
Igiaro: Wait up! *Dashes toward Bowen* Well...*pant* since we didn't feel any...*pant* movement, and this floor was above us, it must have dropped. And since...*pant*...since the exit is part of the cave, it can't...*pant*...move. Maybe we can use these facts to make this easier, even if only...*pant*...just a little...

Bowen: Don't worry. We just keep moving forward until we find the first basement, and then we're home free.
Rico: How are you so sure?
Bowen: Top floor can't move its structure around, otherwise the Ruins would collapse on itself during the shift in weight.
Rico: Oh. Okay. And, uhm... Thanks for keeping me safe. *smiles*
Bowen: It was nothing. ... ... ... ... ...Hmm? Oh! Right... *puts Rico down* Anyways, let's get through the rest of this maze. *walks through the door*
"Digger's Weekly" HQ, Francis's Office
Francis: *combs hand through hair* So, you want Francis to put you in the main article of this month's Digger of the Month Issue, hmm? And why, exactly, should Francis do that? Do you have any proof to show Francis that you deserve it?

Tabor: Proof? ...I just came from my other world, and since I was supposed to be buying furniture all I have is my wallet...it does have a few photos in it of my brother and I digging in some ruins. The only one that probably matters to you is us finding this HUGE gem. It turned out to be worth as much as it looked! You can see my other photos, but I don't have much more than that...
---
Igiaro: Wh-what? Just how much is this place rotating!? This is the room I was in with the circuit design on the floor! At this point, I wouldn't even trust directions...the only thing I have noticed is that the door designs in front of each room are all slightly different, but how's that gonna help us?

Francis: *examines photos* ... ... ... ... ... Hmph... Francis hates to admit it, but these photos are legitimate. Seems Francis has no choice. *takes out journal* Name, equipment, personality, you know the drill.
Shimo Ruins, Mimic Chamber
Bowen: Maybe we should find the doors that have a specific patern. Perhaps we'll find our way out then.
Rico: Bowen, that's the logic you'd use in a video game. It's like saying we'll meet a fairy that can guide us out of here.
Bowen: It's better than wandering aimlessly, isn't it?

Igiaro: Video game logic has never, ever failed me. Trust me, this just might work.
---
Tabor: All right, finally! My name's Tabor. I'm 15, and don't usually use equipment except for a small belt for carrying life canteens. I dig mostly as a treasure hunter, looking for all kinds of interesting things. As for my personality...let's just say I'm "tricky." My brother thinks I have a short fuse, but I don't get into THAT many fights...Well, never mind him. Those are the basics. Anything else?

Hospital, Youka's room
Marco: *opens door* Here. *drops a heavy bag on the floor* What the heck you have inside? Weights?
Alyssa: *grabs the bag* You don't need to know.. now... *drags the curtain that separates the room, the otehr bed is empty after all* uh... *pushes Marco to the other side*
Marco: You know, just because you hit puberty doesn't mean that you need to be so nervous about me seeing you naked.
Alyssa: ... just mind your own business okay? And keep an eye on Mr.Perv there.

((Too much at once! AAAUGH! DX))
Bowen: Well, Shay, it looks like we go by my logic. And our way out must be... *looks around the room* ...That door. *points at a blue door among the yellow ones*
"Digger's Weekly", Francis' Office
Francis: Alright... Also, Francis is curious about your condition... Although, Francis already supposes it's a birth defect...
Hospital, Youka's Room
Youka: No worries. My legs are disabled, so I can't get out of the bed. *shrugs* If I try to, it'd take longer for me to heal.

((Not to mention that I finally noticed your post in the discussion thread. =p))
Tabor: No...it's completely normal. At least for my world. Although, to tell the truth, the regular residents of my world don't have very many dragons. The most populous are the Chao, and the humans and dragons are pretty much tied for second...You probably have no idea what a chao is. I have a friend who's a chao who came with me... ... ...! (I completely forgot about Igiaro! Is he OK? ...I can't just leave in the middle of the interview, though...)

Igiaro: Horray! We're on to something! *Dashes to the door overexcitedly*

Francis: Francis has heard enough. Now for Francis to file this story to the Head Editor so Francis can get his massive paycheck for it. *pushes Tabor out* Okay, Thank you, Farewell. *slams door*
Twenty minutes later... Shimo Ruins
Bowen: Such an annoying sprite... Wouldn't shut up no matter how much I blasted it...
Rico: Well, at least we have it in this jar...
Sprite: I was only having fun, and I said I was sorry...
Bowen: Anyways, what about this "treasure"? No way this thing was worth it. Seriously, it's only six inches in diameter...
Sprite: That's because it's-
Bowen: Nobody asked you, annoying blue glowfly.
Sprite: My name's Tsurara...

Tabor: ...Might as well follow him. I'm kinda curious as to how massive he means by, "massive paycheck..."
---
Igiaro: I honestly don't care what the treasure's worth. Just please guide us out of here! I wasn't kidding when I said I was hungry...and by the way, what's inside that door you just came out of? I don't want to run into any traps...

Tsurara: Eh, just a few Reavers, a couple more blue doors, then the elevator to the first basement, nothing you'd care to hear of from me.
Bowen: ... ... ...Rico, bag it.
Rico: Got it! *stuffs the jar into the backpack*
Tsurara: No, wai-
*zzzzzip*
Bowen: Alright, now we're off!
Rico: You sure we don't need her help?
Bowen: No. It has an annoying tiny voice that I don't want to hear. I plan to sell it along with its little treasure just to get rid of 'em...

Igiaro: Contrary to the sarcasm I was stating earlier, I'm against getting rid of our only help. But I guess I can do without it...

{{ACT 4: Curiosity}}
...Fifty minutes later... Kotetsu Tundra, Ruins Entrance
Bowen: Whew. We're out...
Tsurara: *sitting on rico's shoulder* Yeah, with my help...
Rico: So, Tsurara was it? *smiles* Nice t'meetcha! I'm Rico. And this is Igiaro and Bowen.
Bowen: Don't introduce me to that thing! Matto and that bird on his shoulder are enough otherwolrd for me as is.
Rico: There's nothing wrong with being three inches tall with wings and glowing blue skin.
Tsurara: Yeah, what she said!
Bowen: ...Fine... C'mon, let's head back to the resort. Dinner's on me.
Tsurara: There's a resort??
...Meanwhile... Hospital, Youka's Room
Youka: Four Aces, I win again! Pay up, grease monkey! ... ... ...Hey, trump card, that's ninety games your brother lost within a full hour. You should be done by now.
