Fockewolf, by far. C'mon, Tron is just so pissed at you when she gets that thing, and she fires at you with basically everything she's got. Only boss in this game I've gotten a lotta game overs on, and rightfully so, Tron's out to kick your butt XD its so great. Its always so close when I beat the thing too, my shield is broken and I've got basically no life left lol. Bruno, Juno, and the big reaverbot in the Lake Ruins were all pretty awesome too. Heck, all bosses in this game rock!

For Fockewolf, I recommend you upgrade the Homing Missile a little bit more. There's like a certain level, not too high, not too low, but just right that takes her down pretty easily. What I mean is, you won't have to spend too much time, gathering Zenny to upgrade it. Just enough. I already said my favorite was the Feldinaut, right? yeah. Well I'd also like to say a few things about a certain Yellow Robot. "Babuu?" No, not you Bon. "baabuuuu." I mean the Marlwolf. I loooooove that one. It had me stuck for a while. When I first played that is. No trouble at all now though. But what I love about it is that they tell you to shoot the treads when in reality, you don't need to do that AT ALL. I spent a long time - mind you I was ten - down there on the ground shooting at its wheels, getting run over and killed a million times. I didn't even know there was a place you could climb up. So then I figure out that you can climb that one area, I climb it, and start blasting away where it hurts. Won on my first shot... Yeah, so I love the Marlwolf for its pointless weak spot that you can shoot at if you believe everything you read. XD

Probably Teisel in the Marlwolf, because it was that point that he really transcended the "typical villain" role, although there were a lot of other moments like that.

I liked the Fokkerwolf because of the music. I liked the Bruno battle because of the challenge.

Actually, to tell the truth, I like all the Bonne battles. I know I probably picked a boss last time I answered a thread like this, but in MML, the battles were all great. All the Bonne battles had a purpose--in some games, it seemed like you were fighting without a purpose, but the Bonnes as characters really added to all those boss encounters. I'm not so fond of the System...maybe I need to replay MML2 to fix that.

Hmm... there are so many, it's hard to say...
None of the reaverbot battles, that's for sure. One involving the characters. Most likely the train battle. Not the actual boss, but the battle itself. Glyde gets dumped into a gorge, Bola and Claymore make their last stand, and the Bonnes are as entertaining as ever. Shame it was such an easy battle, and the music wasn't the best, although it did match very well. The sheer amount of character interaction during the cutscenes was what made it great in my eyes. Battles with background are where the fun lies.
Either that or Juno. A one-time show that was truly definitive of a boss battle. I mean, come one. It’s Juno we’re talking about here.

Juno - Reminds me of Jesus (his head and music) Gesselschraft/Frog - funny when using Buster MAX Sub Ruins Walker - he craps Reaverbots. I get to pwn him by "busting a cap in his @$$" lol
It took me a whole SuperBowl Sunday to beat Marlwolf the first time. I wouldn't have watched the game anyway.

Did you ever play MML2? Because Sera, the last boss in that game, was WAAAAAY harder than Juno was in the first game. I couldn't beat her without maxing out my buster and carrying around nearly 50 energy canteen units.

You're right Dashe. I had to convince my friend (who only has MM64) that Sera was MUCH harder than Juno. And he was convinced. And it was only on EASY mode and she left him near death. (in other words, one more hit would've killed him if he didn't have the Buster Max)

Ah yes, Sera. She was crazy hard, but I finally managed to practice enough and beat her while only using 30 health pack unit thingies. But I loved the challenge of it all, which makes her my favorite boss battle. Her first form is relitively tricky, since you have to time things *perfectly* to beat her. Her second, though... I still haven't figured out how to dodge some of her attacks. The Heat Beam one (laser comes out of midsection and sweeps the platform) ALWAYS gets me.

I'd have to say the Gesellschaft. Even though it was easy, it was so much fun. Runner up would be the Marlewolf. I don't know why, but I loved that one. Probably because of Tiesel's crazy laughter.

The Feldynaught, you say? I liked the intro to that one; it was probably the best intro to any of the boss battles for MML. The intro to Bruno was a good one too, but I thought the Feldynaught's intro was just a little better.
