Sorry. It just makes no sense ow a guy that fat could go so fast. Anyway, the technical course isn't that hard. The yellow cones can be easy to miss sometimes, but that's really the only hard part.

You could make your own topic about Mad Mossa in the MML Two section... heck, might not be one of the deeper topics, but it'd be interesting to see what some people come up with.
Ugh... yeah, those yellow cones can be a real pain sometimes. After I -finally- picked up a new copy of Legends - my old one had been trashed - it took me a few tries to get them all, and even then I lost. ;D This is why a person should never stop playing Legends; you'll never get bad at it.

So? It's still part of the races. And hey, they must call him MAD Mossa for a reason, right? Anyway, yes, you need the boots. And you have to have them equipped. If you try to run the course, you won't make it past C rank. Anyways, a joint tip. 1, press forward to go faster, obviously. 2, when turning, not only use the left and right arrows, but the R1 and L1 buttons at the same time to make sharp turns. and 3, don't be afraid to slow down A LITTLE to grab the far off cones. I know it's hard, but remember, it literally is impossible to beat the race without the cones. My greates feat was winning the race after skipping 2 cones. Even then, I only made it EXACTLY on time. And that was after a month, yes, a month of practicing. Point being, use the forward and l1/r1 buttons, and don't be afraide to slow a little to grab a cone, but never stop skating. If you do, you lose! I hope i could help.

I left my copy of Legends back in the States. I'm currently in Qatar on a deployment, so I got an N64 rom of megaman 64. Doing all the races took me about an hour. Playing with a keyboard was the hardest part. I didn't even know you could press UP to go faster. Maybe it would have been a little less painful had I known that....
