Well, I think that the second body was built for combat, incase worse came to worse. His regular body of coarse needed a lot of defenses. I wonder if theres more unit those in mml1 and 2.

Yes, each island has a beuracratic model. There’s plenty of evidence for that on Calbania island. In fact, some people suspect Glyde maybe be one… I mean come on, he has red eyes and uses an Eden satellite as his HQ! (I’m kidding people…).
As for his second form, it makes sense in that it is a last resort. Think about it, he can only use it if his body has been destroyed. It’s an emergency system which was meant for just such an occasion. As for the weapons, that’s not too farfetched. I mean, Klaymoor had a laser similar to Juno’s, and Juno, being a machine that knows no fear, can simply use them to their maximum efficiency making him seem stronger.
Anyways, Juno is just the supervisor of the island. He’s like a mayor or something of the sort. He may seem powerful to a common citizen, but compared to people further up the ladder he’s not all that powerful. A chanting theme wouldn’t fit Juno, nor would it fit with Legend’s style. I may not have cared much for enumerations* man, but One-Winged Angel was a good song, but regardless it simply isn’t “Juno”. Besides, I love Juno’s theme the way it is.
Adding a Latin chant to Juno’s theme or his battle theme simply wouldn’t fit Juno’s personality. He’s the sophisticated bureaucrat, submissive and obedient to the system and Mother, and yet willing to stand up to anyone who threatens that which he is sworn to protect (Well, programmed to anyways...). He’s not some crazy egomaniacal psycho or insane nihilistic guy who seeks the destruction of the meaningless world around him. His theme stays, or at least so I say.
*Sephiroth means enumerations. And yes, I know it’s a reference to Kabbalah.

If his song was changed[which it shouldn't]dark European classical music would be best.

Okay, heres how it is. Junos weapons, yes, are for self defense. Why else would he need them? The only reason he may seem powerful to some is because they didn't take the time to make their character stronger. I remember my first time, I went through the game too fast and died. So I leveled up and stuff, and was finally able to to beat him, very easily I might add. And chanting. for Juno? NO! Just thinking about it is a terrible idea. Juno's not the kind of guy who would even want chanting. His music while battling is like something he would actually play while fighting. It fits. That's all.

Likely because they were composed by the same artist. I feel smart for having any knowledge whatsoever about what the kabbalah is. Sadly, my means of learning of its existence was not through studies, but Evangelion, so the point is rather moot. An explanation for everything in the game can be derived from the storyline (or it's vagueness, depending on your perspective). It is not simply that he was the final boss, therefore had to be given an extravagant array of weapons. Such things shouldn't even be considered if you want to see the true depth of the game.

Eh, no, sorry. Andrew Lloyd Webber and J.S. Bach are not the same guy. Or even from the same century, by a longshot.

Really? I was sure they were both composed by Bach... Oh well, my mistake.

Well, you've both completely fallen off subject. But anyway, I think if Junos theme were to be changed in ANY way, it would have to be changed to Legatos theme from trigun, cause its scaaary. MMhmm. Every time the cracking sound comes in i see a knife stabbing someone viciously.
