Back in the old days, after playing MML... I really wanted a Protoman Legends, yes, as a teen I had a very horrible idea and planed it out on notebook.

I've never played the second game. And the only way I played through all the first and Tron was via an emulator. Still, it's possible to enjoy a series you haven't played all the way through. I've never played TF2, but I love all the jokes about it on Halolz.

I had a lot of good memories when I was still playing MML on my 3rd grade years. It's Mega Man, only it plays like an RPG, one of my favorite game genres. And that the discs I used to first play my initial plays were not mine (I would ask my mom to buy the first game, and I stumbled upon MML2 myself later on).
I actually just found out about Legends thru my older cousin, a PSX gamer. The first scene I saw of MML was the "Tron getting chased by Paprika scene". Then I learned about MML2 on another cousin, who said the he was having trouble in Manda Ruins, and I was like "What Manda Ruins, are you kidding me?", (his problem was that the Select button on his controllers are broken, he made it to Manda Ruins without equipping Buster Parts, let alone Jet Skates and Armor, but he couldn't beat the giant frog Reaverbot boss) and then I saw that it was MML2.
I actually saw MoTB on a store when I was in 4th grade, but my aunt wouldn't buy it for me. A coincidence is that another cousin of mine (the son of this same aunt) bought the game very much later (I guess I was already on my 2nd year of college at that time). And thus I played it as well. Oh GD, I wake up very early on Saturdays and Sundays to play the game before my parents wake up and need to watch TV.
Out of the three games, I very much like MML2. I still have a lot of vivid memories of the times I played it. Everything's good and made even more awesome.

I remember finding MoTB used at a Gamestop about 6 or 7 years ago for like 15$...sadly that isn't the case nowadays...if only I could get that copy back from a friend of mine who unfortunately lives quite a distance from me now, ah well. Now I emulate everything, one due to the graphic enhancements that are available including cartoon shading and anti-aliasing, yada-yada-yada, and two because of the fact that my copies of MML 1&2 throughout the course of my teen years have gone missing...
