Now before we go on, let me add the no version of The Misadventures of Tron Bonne will work on your PSP. It has the same problems as with any PC emulator. This problem is currently unsolved but you’re free to try it. You might be even lucky! This is a very very accurate way of describing it. You could follow the exact same process with your ISO as someone else does and fail miserably, where the other person may've been successful. When I tried this back in the day, I couldn't get past the intro mission; I got a file from SuperDanny, that got me a little further, but then it started crashing again; after toying with it a bit after that, I decided it's just not worth it. Your results may (and very likely will) vary. That's a fairly elaborate guide, for something I remember being a simple drag-n-drop job with popstation. o__o; Anyway, I have a nice alternate route for you if you want to play on PSP. - Go to Play Asia, or some other import website.
- Find your way to the Rockman DASH 1 & 2 value package
($40 including shipping, as of this writing — probably about as much as MegaMan Legends 3 will cost) - Place order, wait, receive and enjoy!
I've played around with the games via emulation, but I personally thought they weren't as good as the real thing. And anyone who's played the games more than twice can get through the games in Japanese. And they make a great addition to any collection. At ≈$40.00 for both, you'd be paying less than half of what I paid back when these were new — I'm not even kidding. (Somewhere around $100 I spent between the two of them — worth every zenny.) Honestly, I think the only excuse for not buying the ports is that you don't own a PSP. If you have the means to play them, you should buy the games. Or if importing is particularly difficult in your country — I guess that's excusable too... and possibly if newer PSP models started something stupid like region locking or something like that. But yeah. Consider buying them instead, if you're considering doing this. (Or consider buying them as well.)

One of the really nice things about playing the PSX version (I don't think it's an emulation, by the way, I think the code is actually running fairly natively), is that you can customize the button scheme. I use the following: It's really nice because it's like any standard console FPS: Left thumb moves planar and right thumb rotates axis. Forefingers are for the most-used functions, and the least used functions go on the D-Pad (Since I was able to aim so easily with this setup, I never really needed lock-on) I was having trouble with Legends 2 where when I tried to leave Elysium it would crash. I got a plugin that let me choose which version of popstation to use upon launch and choosing a certain older version worked. If I can find that I'll let you know so that you can add it to your guide, it's very useful for compatibility.

I think I preferred having L/R1 on the right hand because that way turning is operated by one hand only, not two. That way, it's much easier for your brain to process moving and turning at the same time to get more MML2-like movement.
