;D I dunno how many times I've ran into this argument on other Megaman fan sites, in no part of the game, was Megaman adopted he was just raised in the same house as Roll as far as I know the closest thing they can be considered are friends since childhood, even checking barrels books it says that he was just raised in the house with them. i88.photobucket.com/albums/k185/Alecsandar1111/Screenshot1.jpgAnyways with this new game and character coming who knows whats gonna happen next.

Ah Trege, even though you're technically right you're so very very wrong. I submit for your consideration this excerpt from Barrel's journal in Legends 2: MEGAMAN'S DISCOVERY II: I decided to call the baby I found MegaMan. Actually, it wasn't really my idea...It was my granddaughter, Roll, who chose that name, after one of her favorite video game characters. I tried to get her to change her mind, but she insisted that should be his name. At any rate, I raised him like he was my own. He was no different than any other boy. He quickly became part of our family. [/b][/font][/blockquote]Of course, it's a moot point, but still — it's there. Whoever's tried to argue this point with you clearly wasn't doing a very good job. Actually, this is the entry that immediately follows the one you linked, so I have to figure you must not have looked very far yourself, either. o.o

Barrel Casket, Megaman Volnutt.

but we are talking about what he's considered as and in that case he could be considered family
oh crap, im working against myself. capcom japan says rock loves rroll so i win also if you talk to a chubby lady in the museum before the frog battle in MML she says if you find a ring then you should give it to someone you think is special, and she used her husband as an example, and then (if you're a cool kid) you find a ring and give it to roll!

If you put it that way when you consider someone family, that is not family then there is nothing wrong with Rock and Roll because if they did end up together they would actually become family.
Still can't wait to see what capcoms going to do about this giant hexagon.

Trege Eh, I object on account of the fact that you're changing the subject. I wasn't arguing that MegaMan and Roll are related in the first place — not legally, at least. But you said Barrel never said MegaMan was anything more than a kid he raised alongside his granddaughter, and I showed you that you're wrong. It's right there in the game, in plain English. Right next to the quote you were trying to use to make your point, even. =) Don't even get me started on the Volnutt thing though. It's never been officially explained — at least not that I know of — but as it stands, I can spin that to fit my case too. Loken You took the ring and gave it to Roll. I kept mine. Just like the music box. And the flower. And all the items in Legends 2. Your argument is invalid.

Capcom won't do anything. Whether they admit it or not, fans like the romantic tension more than resolution. Rock will always have potential love interests, but never officially hook up with any of them. That's all for the fans to fight over.

Ack, my bad guess It's what happens when I skim through posts I thought you were arguing with the relative fact. The case could go either way with the Volnutt thing, since like you said it's unexplained. The defense rests for now... I would love to see Trigger's reaction to that.

Kinda late post is kinda late. Oh lord. Break out the heavy duty mops and brooms, this won't end well. (But I'd totally buy that for the lulz of it.) (Hold it..... So when MML3 comes out... Oh god, IT'S A LOVE HEXAGON! :20:) according to Raijin's theory on the jetlag baker (bogus) it's a heptagon In Raijin's mental world, it may be a heptagon. But no; This. Is. Terra. Earth! SPARTA! LEGENDS STATION WORLD. (But I bet Raijin's mental world is pretty awesome.) But back to the matter at hand: @ loken on post #40: Apparently in your definition of "special", you think "your girlfriend. What you may not know is that several other commonly-used def's for "special" include "close family member", "best friend", "object of obsession", and "highly volatile woman with tools that I don't want to be hurt from". @ Trege (post #35) and Raijin (post #37): Capcom better do something, or at least make the real relationship between Rock and Roll clear.

@ VolnuttChan there is a definite romantic connotation in the chubby lady's text, but i can't quote it.
and, mathematically, 20% of the world thinks tron is a doo-doo head

@ VolnuttChan there is a definite romantic connotation in the chubby lady's text, but i can't quote it. and, mathematically, 20% of the world thinks tron is a doo-doo head Either way, the basic point of this whole thread is that, via *your* gameplay experience, you have "undeniable proof" that Rock loves Roll. But, as was previously stated, this "proof' was gained through an optional portion of the game, which means that, while it is part of the game, it doesn't really make that exact "proof" canon as it is not a required part to play, if you think about it logically. (But that's using logic, which we most all know doesn't normally exist in wacky corners of the Internet.) And, no, 20% of the world does not think Tron is a doo-doo head. The truth is: 16.6% of the world think that. And 66.6% says Roll loves Rock. And for a bonus guess: Maybe Capcom Japan meant that Rock loves Roll only as a friend?

And for a bonus guess: Maybe Capcom Japan meant that Rock loves Roll only as a friend? as a ace detective, it would be irresponsible for me to not get in contact with capcom japan and ask them, so i did, heres a what they sent me, (translated of course) "oh yeah, rock totally loves roll, we thought it was obvious, and the people who don't do the side quests are losers. capcom has spoken" sorry guys, the proofs right there, i guess i win this time
