To be honest, I've always thought that Roll has MegaMan wrapped around her little finger. It never fails to make me laugh in MML2 where MegaMan has made Roll a beautiful fried breakfast, and Roll is... not bothering to eat it.

(Last time I checked, 20% of 5 voters wasn't everyone. And as it currently stands, 60% out of 5 voters has voted that "Roll loves Rock", not "Rock loves Roll", as the title of the thread states.)

Either way, Rock may be overly-caring to Roll in the games, but I highly doubt he'd be the type to like-love/date his adopted (adoptive?) sister.

@ Trege and Rockxas: I can see Tron doing that. Until Rock gets an "accidental" concussion. XP Then what?

@ GSG and loken (2nd time?): I would've eaten that breakfast happily even if the Mother Lode was depressing me! (Then again, I don't run over my adopted brother either. I don't even have an adopted brother in the first place. XD)

If that (official, canon) guide is correct, it also means that Roll's been a full-fledged love interest since the first Legends game even — I don't really see it in the first game, personally, but maybe it was different in teh Japanese version or something. As a Volnutt×Tron shipper, it depresses me to acknowledge the validity of Roll as a love interest for MegaMan, but I'm afraid she is valid indeed.

(Oddly, the guide calls her MegaMan's girlfriend too, which caught me off guard.
I don't think they meant it in any significant sense of the word, though)

The sad thing about this topic is, none of these arguments for the MegaMan×Roll pairing are new. It had me LOL'ing pretty good, but truthfully, I've heard every last one of them before. Every. Last. One. I guess you're bound to hear just about everything over the course of ten years or so.

Cute poll, loken, but indeed you should know that a vote for “Roll loves Rock” does not agree with your topic's subject. Roll may love MegaMan, but it doesn't mean he loves her back. (that way) And he still belongs with Tron! :1C:

If it was different in the Japanese version, then I can understand that. (Seeing as how Legends is sort-of notorious for other semi-to-reasonably uncomfortable things... *ahem*) But if I catch one sighting of the word "self-proclaimed" in junction with "Roll", "Rock" (or any of his other names) and "girlfriend", I will laugh uncontrollably. (Unless they meant "girl friend" instead of "girlfriend". *hmm*)

And it makes me sad that I haven't seen a VolnuttxShu shipper besides me on this thread. (So what if she deals with pigs and mentally-awkward siblings? She's got just as much of a chance as Roll and Tron do, darn it!!) *coming from possibly the only MMLS member with a MML-based crack pairing with a character from another series*
