Just a minor update. The download link had been dead for some time. It has been revived (thanks fAB).
I've also repacked the images at their original scan resolutions (in the 1900x3000 range). Not nearly as monitor-friendly, but the text should hopefully be easier to read now for any other interested parties. Really should have just packed them at their full size in the first place and let others resize them if they cared to. Ah well.
