I didn't know the manga was infamous, since I don't read manga, and that one doesn't look like it was even translated into English. Honestly, I just googled it now.

The manga has some infamy for portraying Zero as a split personality between badass and girly man.
Then again, knowing the publisher, the comic is obviously geared towards kids as a gag action comic more than anything else (probably why lots of characters are off-model too). To me, the comic feels like Cyborg Kuro-chan only with Rockman characters (and a number of originals).

And an informal request from a friend: Ciel!

That was a redesigned Lito!? I would have never of guessed him, he stays a shrimp throughout the entire thing. Nice redesign HF makes him look more zero series-ish.
Ciel looks awesome HF, not to critique but the way her legs are posed makes them look...eh I don't know stiff.

Lito was always small even when older gee... Nice redesign though! Really awesome.
Ciel looks cool as well. Lots of details in her hair.
What next? Cial? *nope*

Drew this on the train, and just added a bit of color when I got back. It sure is summer.

Wow, I really like the pieces you've done so far.
I must admit that that's a very good pic of Lito (didn't recognize him at first). Ciel looked quite pretty as well.
Those Zakobon look so fabulous~.

I think that is the best Roll you've done so far! Roll is my second favorite Legends character and you've done a great job! I can't wait to see the rest of the cast, especially Teisel.

Wow, I thoroughly enjoyed your collection, it was a lot of fun to go through. By far my favourite is the Tiesel pic you did.
In some of your pics you've tried to make the game seem more serious. Personally I'm not much for darker and edgier, at least not for megaman legends. The first of the 2 games was my favourite because it was less serious, and I felt more in touch with the characters of the game. (But that's just my opinion)
I'm excited about your comic project! Perhaps if you get it finished soon you could even use a copy to send into Capcom for the "legends never die!" project! I'm sure that would turn some heads.

On the contrary, I really like the dark, edgy look. After all, it is fanart. It's not like Capcom's actually going in this direction with the series. If every fan artist just tried to copy what the games did, then what woud be the point in looking at it? You'd be able to see the same thing from the official source!

@kaerth, I like the Dark Edgie look. But you have a great idea, I'm sure Capcom would be very impressed with his comics and drawings. Although I'm pretty sure he won't finish by August 8th.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone!
@ Steffie: Those fabulous Zakobon are actually a small joke which started off from a design failure from RMDL, which was (thankfully) replaced quickly.
@ Kaerth: I have had a bit of debate with Dashe regarding how I should do the art style of the comic in the beginning, though eventually settling for the "Darker and Edgier" feel that I have adapted to now. Like what you have pointed out, the idea whether the very essence of "Legends" is that it doesn't take itself too seriously yet 'feels good' like a cartoon.
But unfortunately, it would be physically impossible to finish the entire comic by August 8th. I have only managed 28 pages in nearly half a year, let alone around x,xxx pages in less than 3 weeks.
No, that's not the goddamn point. I am not particularly comfortable nor willing to make my work used as a tool for this sort of thing, especially when I know that it can be misused easily (considering how emotionally driven the fans are). I did not start this comic project to be used out of anger and whatever 'revenge' people are driven by, nor do I want it to be seen as such. If it has to be done to prove a point, it would be only when I am the one presenting it in person.
(On the other hand, I cannot think of how this can be used as an instrumental tool of anger at this point)
Edit: I believe that I have not made this official, but I might as well state my (selfish?) viewpoint regarding myself and the creative threads: I do not post my works just to gain a few good words, but to improve myself. As such, I am making myself as open as possible to constructive criticism.
Let it be a faulty proportion or a simple suggestion to try out, please do not hold back and have at me!

New image; originally in an attempt to rush "Roll kicking ass" request in SS, but got derailed after some thought. As such, I went and drew up an image. Now who likes clothing damage?

Uh... clothing damage.. very local uh? (kidding)
I like it, I love mostly Roll's face on the background so serious, so mature...
Mature in the sense of being adult I mean. XD
