As promised and demonstrated in my Mega Man Legends Abridged thread, here's my collection of gameshark codes that I've found. Some have been posted before. Most of these are camera-related and should be useful to people wanting to make videos or screenshots (caption contest anybody? ;D), though there are a couple of silly random ones as well.
Room Modifier/Warp
Allows you to jump to any room in the game.

Retain Control of MegaMan At All Times

Allows you to keep control of MegaMan during scripted events, most cutscenes, and even Data's save menu. You need to have the Air Walk code enabled to make this work.

Pressing jump will give you control back. Otherwise, things will play out normally.
Be careful when using this in ruins. MegaMan won't automatically walk through doors, which can cause you to get stuck between sets.
Load MegaMan

Sometimes you can't control MegaMan because he simply isn't present. This solves that problem by loading MegaMan in places he normally wouldn't be. Bonne cutscenes are a good example.
Invisible MegaMan

The same code as above, but with 0001. Does exactly what it sounds like.
Camera Behind MegaMan

Keeps the camera in its normal position behind MegaMan at all times, even in cutscenes.
Lock Camera At Current Position (No Rotation)
800A3959 0003
This code locks the camera at its current position. R2 causes the camera to snap to a (usually) useless location, so avoid pressing it. To get the camera back to MegaMan, use 800A3959 0000
Lock Camera At Current Position
800A3960 0003
Similar to above, except the camera is still rotated with MegaMan. To get back to normal, use 800A3969 0004
Change Camera's X, Y, Z coordinates
X (East To West)
800A39A0 0000
Y (South To North)
800A39A8 00FF
Z (Up and Down)
800A39A4 FF00
After using the previous code to lock the camera somewhere, you can change its location manually with these. Unless you check the current camera location with a memory viewer/editor (highly recommended), you'll need to find the correct position values by trial and error. X and Y are so massive that it can take a long time to find your position on the map, or even the map itself! For most purposes, using the Air Walk code to get into position is much easier. However, Z is much easier to deal with because ground level is usually around FF00. It's very useful for getting the camera lower than MegaMan can normally go.
Change Locked Camera's Horizontal Rotation

Similar to above, but affects which direction the camera is facing instead of its coordinates.
Change Locked Camera's Zoom

Similar to above, except it affects how far the locked camera is zoomed in. 0002 is normal. Going lower zooms in, going higher zooms out.
Vertical Camera Rotation

Rotates the standard-mode camera in a circle around MegaMan vertically. 0400 places it directly above him.
Horizontal Camera Rotation
800A3974 0XXX
Same as above, but horizontally. 0400 places it on his left, 0800 places the camera facing MegaMan, and 0C00 places it on his right.
Stop Cutscene

This prevents a cutscene from starting, or halts one currently in progress.
Disable HUD

Disables health, weapons energy, and boss health bars. 0005 makes them always visible.
(Re)Move Text Boxes

Gets rid of most (but not all) text boxes. Note that this code doesn't actually disable them, but actually moves them offscreen. If you change the last digits to 01XX, you can move them somewhere else if you desire.
Enable Buster

Allows you to fire anywhere.
Silence Those #$%& Birds!

Mutes the background birds in outdoor areas. They annoy me.
Extremely Fast Moving Sky

Completely pointless as far as I can tell, but interesting to watch.
MegaMan's Facial Expression

The first code controls his eye texture and the second controls his mouth. Eyes and mouths can be combined in any combination, allowing for some pretty hilarious results.
