Plug in , Rage, Transmission! See we do need her. I didn't know anything about the security there. Seeing as they already have the Repliforce (or some top grunts) We can't go in guns blazing. So we negotiate, even though I doubt they will surrender. Dragono is basically our recon person for the militia. Also she has a fancy title now "Negotiation Unit 1st Class"
Rage logging out!

Oh yes, the Colonel. He will be an especially annoying foe to contend with, last I heard, he took out a mess of darkloids without breaking a sweat. Rage, you said you hired mavericks to take out Bass right, might Sigma be one of them? He once corrupted Repliforce and set them on a path of destruction. If so, he could prove useful ... and if he tries to betray us afterwards, we can always destroy him utterly. Just a small thought.

Simga's a maverick isn't he, so hellz yeah I hired him. Sigma should have more power than Bass, so Sigma's is our main bass killing person.

I recommend trying to take the Dark Chip factory at the top of that volcano over there.
The Dark Chips are hatred and darkness incarnated to a chip. Reversing the process, we can send the heartless into the net and boost their power.
If we take down the National Officials, then the Net Police, and dig up the remains of the program that created Falzer, this will be a snap. Plus, I can negotiate more than just surrender.
*Pulls the militia members into a huddle*
(I got Forte here to help us destroy Scilab and help with Repliforce. Just get him a CopyBot and we'll be fine. I promised him the Undernet after we finish takeover though.)
*Stops whispering and cancels the huddle*

Oh yea, I heard of those darkchips, some evil stuff right there. We will have to trash them, I am not going to let any of my grunts use them. I would have to kill them if they did.
Bass can have the undernet, whatever that is. I'm just going to assume thats like their hell. Correct me I am wrong.
I'm confused. Do you mean destroy the info or take it so we can use it?

Ok. There is this program that created this giant Cyber Beast thing to fight another Cyber Beast thing. If we can capture Scilab, the place of research, we can obtain this program and create another Cyber Beast, and we can withdraw from the net to focus our other forces on the real word, leaving the rest to the Cyber Beast.
The Undernet is a remote fraction of the net which is actually so remote, that if we were to use an attack that would affect the whole net, the Undernet would be perfectly safe. It was used to protect a sacred program (that's no longer there, btw.), and criminals eventually found out about the Undernet. And because of it's remoteness, it became the perfect Haven for criminals. Almost no amount of Sigma's can help us take over that place.

The heartless are darkness incarnates so they would gain the power of the dark chips, but not be susecptible to the corruption that would affect net navis. Any navis slaughtered by them would serve to swell our forces. I can send a few heartless in to stir up something and get the Net Battlers' attention, then send more to attack bits here and there around the net, eventually scattering them far and wide in a vain attempt to contain this new threat. That's when we shall launch a massive strike against Net City: Between our combined forces, with both the Heartless and Nobodies at our command, we will let loose a plague that will swarm over whatever resistance is left and blanket the city in darkness and destruction. An attack of this magnitude will surely draw the attention of our target, Megman EXE. He will fight, but in the end, even he will fall before our unstoppable might.. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!! That's what I've got for a beta plan so far, but you guys can feel free to comment on it I'll be running a few experiments for now.

I guess I need to throw the position out the window. It seems to me that my active generals already have their own little militia. Gen. Ravenf6: the nobodies and the Darkness Gen. Musashi: Has two monkeys and his building crew Gen. Blues: .... well he's the head chef, so has his peeps. Who ever they are? Gen. Rage (me): I have everybody I can get to help, mainly everybody from the X series, legends series and Classic series. Negotiation Unit 1st Class GS Dragono: Seeing as just about everyone of my enlisted officers are not even here any more I'm getting rid of it. Also I'm getting rid of the L.S Navy seeing as Nightpirate hasn't been here for a while. I will be combining them with my Marines. So I'll have control of that too and the Coast guard too because tanteisayumi was scared off. Blues, I deal with your job later. The base is I hope being built by Musashi. The website I said I would attempt to make is canceled because to me it's a waste of time.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!! Be careful. Megaman.EXE has much experience when it comes to fighting darkness. One of the most powerful Dark Figures come from him. The DarkSoul. That can assorb others and double it's power (manga), and he beat it and the dark chips. Although I still weep the loss of our great leader, this a main reason why I fight with you guys. I love Net Society- But Megaman.EXE is only favored by my for his abilities and ally's that I really favor. That's right people. I LOVE Dark Chips. ;D Oh, and Rage, about my army and such... Well, let's just say I know what I'm doing. This is probably giving off a Sigma vibe, but hey, when it comes down the the negotiating I will be doing, he is a major inspiration for his X4 feat.

Hmm, you raise a good point. Megaman EXE has fought the dark for quite some time. One of his strong points is his soul unison ability, if he does it with Protoman EXE, he's a real darkloid smasher, but if he does it with Bass, then we're going to have a REAL problem here. He must not be allowed to attempt a soul unison of any kind... I've got special line of heartless in mind just for him, and I doubt he's fought nobodies before so this will be his first... and last time if executed properly..

S-O-U-L U-N-I-S-O-NCROSS FUSION is the retarded concept of Navi/Human fusing which not only killed the anime, but the very concept of EXE. MegaMan may fight evil, but that still doesn't change the fact that he's a retarded 11 year old's netslave.

Noted and altered, it's been a while so CF was the first thing that came to mind. That could work as a alternate solution, kidnap Lan in the real world and blackmail the blue boy navi in case he tries something funny.

Say, kidnapping Lan instead might not be such a bad idea. We could confiscate his PET and then hack into it, eliminating Mega Man manually instead of sending in viruses, mavericks, heartless, and hordes of other virtual minions. It'd probably cost us a lot less money too. After all, if MegaMan.EXE is just a program inside a computer, something as absurdly simple as finding the hardware responsible for supporting his existence and destroying every trace of it by say, throwing the PET into a blazing inferno or running it over with a tank, then what have we got to lose?

But there in lies the problem...
He's not just a program in a computer. Navi's are seperate programs, that move on the net like human's do the earth. He's not bound to his PET, it's rather his home.

You don't remember the robots that tried to over the world? Guess what? I stopped them and reprogrammed them to do whatever I say. Granted, there are still a few glitches (Like, this one gold robot still wants to take over the site), but I've got it under control. Mostly.
