Alright I know this might be a bad idea, and at any point I give fab full leway to abolish this thread from the face of the earth, but that Ghost thread, combined with the Legends Survivor thead would look something like this... It's late at night and a your standing at the foot of a Gigantic derelict house. Corrupt latin is inscribed just about the gate... TERAQUA, apparently meaning slow water. The house was built long ago, and underneath it is a small grouping of caves and tunnels, almost as big as the actual mansion itself. You are surrounded by a dark, mist filled, wood and several other Mavericks, Yahoos, Magitians, and Whatnots. All are looking for the Daemoni, a cunning bunch of Demons that could look like anything. Daemoni BM 1-3 - 30 Justin - 30 SIMSteven - 30 Everyone who contributed to the Ghost's thread (and will be named as soon as you PM me... *shrugs* sorry) - 10 Everyone who didn't OVo - 7 Moderators - Whatever; we'll just call them the protectors of our general sanity... The point of this game is to either escape or kill the demon without getting killed yourself. Note that Demons tend to attack those who draw their attention. Likewise the truely cunning among you may devise a way to get the demons to hunt themselves, and also if a demon is on deaths door and you want to take all the credit then you can attack your friends for your own reasons... people might not like you, but you'll get all your health back and get a bonus for slaying the demon yourself. You can only paste once a day, and the demons are in different parts of the mansion and grounds. I, Bureaucratic Monster 13, am sitting just in front of a blazing fire on the first floor. Daemoni can do 3 damage at once, normals can only do 1, Moderators get to decide if any bonuses are handed out, via the modify button, if they choose to participate at all, also assuming they choose to play the judge, rather than be an actual assailant. The other Daemoni are scattered around the premesis and will show up when they choose to show up, in different places always, so far either the Mansion (me), the upsairs/attic, the woods, the caves, or someplace else should they like it better. They all choose their own appearances, such as I, a debonaire rick looking fellow with long curly blond hair halfway down my back, wearing a Tuxedo with a robe loosely around the shoulders and a sword at my side. Likewise, when not occupied by a group of hunters, a Daemoni can travel the grounds to help other Daemoni, should they be over crouded with adventurers, or to hurt them because an assailent told them that they were saying bad things about them behind their back, or something less obvious. And, once a week, the demons can go into overdrive and their power is upped by 4 attack points, their defense by 1/2 a point, and it lasts for one day. Normal players can only post once a day, and Daemoni can post one third of the time an adventurer mentions them, never being less than once, and always rounding up. For instance if 1-3 people attack him then he can fight back once, if 4-6, then twice, if 7-9 then three times and so on, but I would imagine nine is the limit. If we decided to play this then I'll set up a scoreboard in a new thread, or just add to this one, and nobody is too comment unless I made a mistake. I suggest we start playing as soon as we have a few more people, the moderators have given their blessing, and/or agreed to hand out ramdom things to make the game fun. Should neither of them be interested, but concent to the game, then I'll take that role, and its going to get real interesting... Let the bravest post first... I mean as soon as we get started...

Ok, so I tell where I'm at... I'm in the attic I guess, please tell me if I did this wrong, the rules were a little confusing but I think I got it now. , I think this could be potentially fun. please tell me what to do next, such as wait for victum or what. Thsi could be better than legends survivor since you actually are fighting other people and have a goal, plus your playing as yourself

Yeah, that's what I'm trying for. As for where you are just post something to the extent of where you are and what you look like, but don't go to far into any attack strategies, save that for the demon hunters. As for the rules think D&D, but dumber... I'll try to clarify the rules tomorrow morning, but right now were just trying to set things up. Once we get the yea, or nea, from fab or Feldinaut, and a few more people show interest. And I'll lay a few more ground rules, because looking back it really is a little over complicated...

Hey, I was in the thread, but not recently (I think...).
Anyways, my character is Fenril. Do we have block/evade stats or do we just hurt things?

Well I was thinking about making some rules like that, but for the first run the only block status there will be is for the Daemoni Overdrive, which would result in only half damage, but otherwise nothing off the bat. If you get a special weapon or shield then maybe we can factor that in, but maybe for the first game, or couple of posts at least, we could just play it raw... Bad to the Bone, you know... And I originally had you signed up as a Demon, but on the Ghosts post I referred to you as being one of the survivors, so I said what the heck... If SKY, or Ally don't want to be Daemoni then it will become your obligation to join, or you could just ask, since I recall your posting... And since you're the head of the other Survivor thread...

Yes, you have to PM me all the cheat codes, all games have cheat codes. So who is the 4th daemoni(yes I know this is most likely a dumb question). I'm glad I'm a evil daemoni, it feels like I'm not being picked last. So when does the game start anyway.

Okay, here's phase two... ----1------2------3------4------5------ .......................l........l....................... A..... A.<->.. A....l... h....l.... c..<->.. c...... .......^.......^....l........l...^.........^....... .......V........V.............l...V..........V....... B..... A.<->. A.<->.. h...l... c...<->.. c........ .......^...._____ ...^...l______.....^....... .......V....l........l...V...............l....V...... C..... b...->. g....l... h..<->. h....w.... f....... ____l___l...^....l__^____w___l....^...... ......V.......V.........V..................V...... D..... g.<->. g.<->.. G..<->.. f.<->... f........ .......^.......^.........^.........^.......^....... .......V........V.........V....l.....V...l....V...... E... safe.<->.. g........ g...l...... s...l.... s...... ..................................l..........l........... Sorry this couldn't look better . My drawing is on a graph of five by five making twenty-five squares. Here's the key: G = Go point (starting point)h = houseA = atticg = gardenf = forests= swampc = caveb = balconyl = wall _ = wall w = window (can be broken through for -1 HP) <->= Horizontal movement ^ V = Vertical movement If you draw it out it might make more sense, but for a first run that was hard enough. You start out on G, near the Gardens. Left is the forest, ahead is the demon house. Scattered around on a couple of random squares are TREASURES: Wood Sword - Att +1 (lasts once before breaking) Stone Sword - Att +2 (lasts once before breaking) Short Sward - Att +1 (permanent) Katana - Att +2 (permanent) Wood Shield - Def +1/2 (lasts one attack; half a point, not half the attack.) Shield - Def + 1 (lasts two attacks) And while you're brooding over those why don't you take a look at some STATS: Normal Adventurer, everybody else, Hit Points- 10 Attack - 1 Defend - 0 Movement - 5 Magic Points - 0 Hero, whoever won the last game, Hit Points- 15 Attack - 2 Defend - 1 Movement - 7 Magic Points - 1 Daemoni, AKA Humaru Hood Hit Points- 30 Attack - 3 Defend - 0 Movement - 8 Magic Points - 5 We'll go into that in more depth later, and SIMSteven, since Ally is gone, and SKY is no more (apparently ) I was going to make you the hero, but now we need you as a Daemoni. Now I've already claimed A3, for my spot, you two need to describe where you want to be, and what it looks like. I'll note here that you're as much a part of this as I am, if you don't want the caves to be dirty and smelly think underground palace, once you get further in. The attic could be a musty place full of boxes, or window into outer space. You guys figure it out, but don't forget your SPECIAL ITEMS: Bureaucratic Monster 13, guarding the Noble Shield. Defend +1, cannot be broken. For your consideration, I'll PM you what I've thought up for you, and you can tweak it to your liking in your discripatory post... I can only hope. For the good of the game anybody can join whenever they want they just have to start from point G and they get five moves, be it just walking around, or a little walking a little searching for treasure. Be wary though, if they don't find trouble fast enough, the trouble might find them. Likewise, until somebody thinks up something better I propose that who ever kills the most players after the Daemoni are dead get to become the new Demons, because they earned it, the *$ backstabbers... right . And, finally, here are some Spells to make the game interesting. Normal Adventurer, HASTE - 1MP - Doubles Mov for one turn (one day). SHEILD - 1MP - Half Attack received, from friend or foe, by half, for one attack. Heal - 1MP - +3HP Hero, Special Attack - 1MP - Character Unique Attack! Describe it yourself, +3 to Attack! Jump - 1MP - Jump thorough window without pain, or up balconies without fear. Special Attack 2 - 2MP - Character Unique Attack! Describe it yourself, +5 to Attack! Daemoni, SIMkabrosia - 3MP - throw an adventurer through a wall. InJUSTice - 3MP - A gigantic gavel smashes adventurer. Bureaucratic Duty- 4MP - Adventurers go mad when the see their futrue coming to an end in, THE MEETING THAT NEVER ENDS

I am in a moist place, filled with water, trees have all but died, if you dare attack me, but don't kill me, or I'll cry to the other daemoni. Hey I got an idea, When an adventurer dies, it becomes a weak ghost, a ghost can only attack adventurers, if the ghost kills an adventurer, it gets another chance at life, the adventurer killed by the ghost is no more. if a daemoni is killed, it can bind its spirit to another daemoni, to raise maximum hitpoints by 3. Please consider these ideas, it took me almost 5 minutes to think of them.

Good idea, that or the ghost would have to crawl back to the safe spot to be reincarnated... There's a lot to be worked out, and I'll post more later but now I have to go... BTW

I think this is a really cool idea. But it seems like it is soley played by hanmuru club members ;D! As polo is to rich people, Demon Hunt Survivor is the the hanmuru elite. I would be happy to help in your needs of watching demons eat people, so if you need any help with it, just PM me.

Well, first we need some people to take on us demons. As for my demonic location, I am in a place next to a wall that cannot be walked through. I have an item that all mages would want, and all cowards would want when they need a quick getaway. I think I'll change my spells, though. Doom Annihalator: Deals 6 damage, consumes all MP for 2 days (current day and next day). Flame Breath: Deals 3 damage, unblockable by shields, consumes all MP for 1 day. Heal: Restores 1 HP. Consumes 2 MP. SECRET ITEM: As mentioned above, this may prove useful for me, as well. It may boost my magical power. I may have some extra ability through magic or some extra spellcasting power. We will see. (BTW, I will PM BM1-3 about my item.) Also, over PM, BM 1-3 doesn't know how to make a table, so here goes.... . | A | B | C | D | E | 1 | Attic -> | <- Attic............| | House.....| | Cave | Cave | . | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | 2 | Attic -> | <- Attic -> | House.....| | Cave | Cave | . | /\ \/ | | /\ \/ | | /\ \/ | 3 | Balcony ->| | <-Jump Garden | | House..-> | House <- w| | Forest | . | Jump/\ \/ | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | \/ w | /\ \/ | 4 | Garden -> | <- Garden -> | <- START! -> | <- Forest -> | <- Forest -> | . | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | /\ \/ | 5 | Safety! -> | <- Garden -> | <- Garden | | Swamp | | Swamp |

Okay, everybody owes SIMSteven a drink... I mean, that is to say, does everybody see the graph? Okay, he's chosen space A4 and I think Justin is either in the Attic or the forest somewhere... BTW later, the game will end when all the Heroes have been killed, or ran away, or when all the Demoni are dead, but for the first game, since I sort of choose the Damoni, and we could probably take on the whole forum unless they started working together, the first game will end when all the Demoni are dead, no alternative, except, maybe that no one plays... . When a hero dies, it might be a good idea to make him a low grade spirit, maybe some day a major Demon (after we die the next group can pick their own name) will be a spirit that only magic spells work on. But for now they're turned ghosts, who can only walk back to the safe at three movement points a day. Unless a friend carries them back to the safe. That probably doesn't make sense, but read on... Okay, this game would move a little slow at one post a day, so I'm making every movement point a turn. For instance normal adventurers turn would consist of five movements, meaning five posts or one post with five actions. Moving across the board is one point, searching for something is one point, attacking is one point and casting a spell is one point. Also, with searching, you must end your turn after it. Otherwise how would you know if you found anything. You can move after I, or SIMSteven, or Justin tells you if you've found anything, I'll tell them by PM, or you can abandon your scearch for something else, and get the movement point back. If we respond to the extent of 'sorry you didn't find anything' then you lost the mov point, better luck next time . Likewise with attacking, you can't just attack five times, without letting the person respond. It might be lengthy, but since there is not block, or evade, the damage is done. In the same respect, we cant just come running by and slash you to peices. But that doesn't mean we won't anyway . Thanks again SIMSteven.

Agreed. Should we start a PM campaign, or just stick with Blackmail... Great job BTW.
In any case if you want to play just post... or I could compel you to post... Actually any time after we start you can just start, but if we had some idea of who was interested, I'd... remember you when you die... When should we start?
