P-SHAW! That should be part of my job description, y'know, "Dance, monkey, DANCE!" while some old guy with pair of six shooters fires at my feet. I don't get no respect.
All the same, as for boycotting Capcom, that might be a good plan X but lets try for letters first, and classical intimidation second. An anime would be great but we have to get our priorities straight. Do we want an Anime first, or MML3? Hmmm... That should be a poll... Oh well, which came first the chicken or the egg, right? I suppose ultimately he'll have to decide, because there was seldom a time MML fans needed him more.

Hmmm...well, Nickelodeon seems to be doing a pretty good job getting their shows to become overrated (Spongebob, the Fairly Oddparents, Rugrats...) Perhaps a look into their marketing techniques could shed some light onto how to get underrated things such as MML instantly overrated... Okay...step one, make stupid little toys of every character in the series that could possibly be made into a stupid little toy (in this case, Trigger, Glyde, and a bunch of the mechs and stuff as action figures, Roll and Tron as Barbie-type dolls, and Data, the Servbots, and the Birdbots as plushies, available in 6", 12", 18", and 24" models). Step two, create the fashion line. If you've ever seen that silly yellow shirt with the Spongebob face on it, imagine that but with a servbot face, if you will. There could be a whole section in the Limited Too or Kids R Us with Tron and Roll-print clothes for girls, and Trigger stuff for boys...yeah, you've seen it before. Then once it hits the "overrated" level, the clothes start appearing in those "punk" stores and you get high school students wearing Legends stuff... Step three, make silly commercials with annoying jingles to advertise the above to the MMBN-crazy public, forcing them to shift their short attention spans toward the Legends franchise. Step four, sit back, relax...and watch the whole thing crash and burn and find yourself in trillion dollar debt...well, it seemed like a good idea at the time. If aforementioned campaign does not end with such results, now is the time to air the anime, and proceed to... Step five, listen to people on forums and in chat rooms whine and complain cause the MML anime is overly-censored to the point at which the plot has been reduced to Trigger and Roll sitting in a room staring into space. And that is how to convince the stubborn general public that MML is worth a look...I think.

...Roll and Tron as Barbie-type dolls... I'm afraid that I'd have to kill someone if they did that. Think of it this way: have you even seen those Harry Potter barbie dolls? They nearly gave me nightmares, they look so bad! ...Other than that, the plan would work, except for the censored-to-heck bit. Maybe they could make the anime really, really violent and swear like, once in every three episodes, and then it'd be on at night like InuYasha. (yeah, I'm sure there's a reason it's on late, but so far I haven't seen it.) ...only, then anyone who has to go to bed wouldn't be able to see it... !!! Maybe they could like, put the anime with the game, like they seem to have done with dot Hack.

If they bundled the anime and the game together, it might give people who like anime an incentive to buy the game...but then again the people who already own Legends but want to see the anime would be stuck buying themselves another copy of the game...it might work, but it might not. You never know.

I don't exactly recall anime show of the X series, but I do wish that was a anime for the Legends series. I keep imaging it alot. Sometimes I try to draw a scene that comes up to my head. No X only apperd in like the last megaman episodes I think. I got this from Tv Tome so dont blame me If wrong. But there should be a mml show. We should do something about it.

I agree; there should be a Legends TV show. It seems like all the public cares about is MMBN. I just don't understand why Capcom won't make a Legends anime.

Capcom won't make a Legends anime because they have been working on Onimusha 3 for so long they've forgotten it existed...and lately they've been working on things like that Killer series and Viewtiful Joe (was that Capcom?).
To say the least, they have backed down from the MMBN franchise a bit. Now it's the MMX series that's getting the special treatment, and people at my school are finally starting to notice that there hasn't been a new game with the original Mega Man in it since Mega Man 8 in 1997 or 8. So if you think about it, Capcom's been disregarding the orignial franchise even longer than Legends.

I forgot about Mega Man & Bass...but Anniversary collection's really just a compilation of every Mega Man game ever released; it isn't like there are any NEW Mega Man games in it.
